Find your next home away from home in this three-bedroom, three-bathroom oceanfront condo. The beach-themed unit has a fully equipped kitchen with an island and countertop seating, a large dining table and a washer and dryer. The living room has large sliding glass doors that lead out to a private balcony, comfortable couches and a large flatscreen tv. The large master suite has a king-sized bed, upscale furnishings, a private bathroom with dual sinks and another balcony entrance. One guest suite has a queen bed with a private bath while the other is perfect for kids with its two twin beds. The Summit has been a staple of luxury and family favorite resort in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach for decades. The highly sought after Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach offers guests not only an incredible beach front, but is also minutes from the renowned shopping and dining of famous Barefoot Landing. The fantastic resort amenities include a large outdoor pool, sun decks, and grilling area, all just footsteps from the beach.

Amazing Family Vacation

Had an amazing time in our Condo ON THE BEACH. Couldn’t ask for more. Our kids had their own room each and we had a VERY short trip to the beach. Near so many restaurants and great ice cream places. Would come back again!!!

Condo was wonderful expect for the mattress, they were very hard. However we loved the location and would stay here again.

Great location with easy access to beach

Great location and nice area. The house was equiped with nice amenities. The beds were a little hard and the appliances very dated. Unfortunately the towels and supplies were very minimal. Suggest bringing towels dish soap salt pepper etc. No cleaning supplies or paper products. Usually there is some supplies left from other guests but not here. I would definitely stay here again but come better prepared. Nice beach access and pool.

Beautiful view, but needs maintenance.

The view was amazing. The pool and beach access were great. The condo needs maintenance. The carpet needs replacing. The disposal did not work in the kitchen and when we ran the dishwasher the sink backed up. The first night our little girl was going to bed and the bed had a lot of sand in it, so we had to wash those sheets.

Needs an updated renovation

Overall we were very pleased with the location and ease of loading and unloading, as well as the check-in and check-out processes; however, the condo was clearly built in the 1980's and feels that way. The beds and pillows were not comfortable and I was disheartened to learn that we had one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and no extra blankets for a 7 day stay for 5 people. Additionally, I felt the cleaning was very rushed. There were items on the floor, towels were not folded in some cases and items remaining from previous renters that were expired. I am not sure I would rent this type of property again.

Hi, Cynthia! We apologize for the lack of supplies and the state of the unit. Unfortunately, some owners choose not to update their condos - even after requests. We will look into the cleaning issues because that does not live up to our standards here at Condo-World!
