DĂ©posez vos sacs et allez Ă  la plage! Cette unitĂ© directe en bord de mer au 5Ăšme Ă©tage offre une vue panoramique sur l'ocĂ©an et la plage! La cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e a de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris une cuisiniĂšre Ă  dessus plat, un micro-ondes, un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur avec machine Ă  glaçons et lave-vaisselle. Il s'agit d'un grand condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain avec de nouveaux tapis, tuiles et peinture! Le salon a un canapĂ© convertible queen size, une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et un lecteur DVD avec des portes coulissantes en verre sur le balcon. La chambre principale a un lit king size, dressing, vanitĂ© et dressing avec de grandes fenĂȘtres ensoleillĂ©es. La deuxiĂšme chambre a deux lits jumeaux, une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et un pack et jouer. La buanderie a une nouvelle laveuse et sĂ©cheuse (donc emballer lĂ©gĂšrement)!

Nous fournissons tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour la plage, y compris des parasols, des serviettes de plage, des jouets et des chaises. Des raquettes de tennis Ă©taient Ă©galement fournies pour jouer sur le court sur place.

Cocoa Beach est la plage la plus proche de la rĂ©gion d'Orlando et a beaucoup Ă  offrir. Ce condo vous permet de rester sur la plage et de profiter de la piscine tout en Ă©tant Ă  une heure de Disney et d'autres attractions d'Orlando. It was so relaxing being able to watch the waves. It is truly oceanfront It’s not listed, but there is walk in shower which my bad knees appreciated. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Nicely located. Owners were a pleasure to work with

Beautiful condo with a spectacular view of the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture & bed, ample room to stretch out and relax. Very clean condo and pool area. Very close to restaurants and attractions in the area. Also has free parking for guests. Loved the owners who were very personable and quick to answer our questions. Will definitely be back.

Gorgeous Direct Ocean View!

The owner’s description says it all. The condo was immaculate and had everything you might need to enjoy your beach vacation. Many thanks to the owner Barbara for being so responsive and always available. Condo was very spacious, very clean, and the owner thought of everything! The beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) are not old, rusty, and unusable as I’ve experienced with most beach rentals. Patio furniture was comfortable and perfect for watching the surf and sunrise. Lots of extras added for convenience like small fans, tray tables, extension surge protector, etc. Never had an issue with internet or any TVs. The kitchen was a dream stocked with everything you’d need.We loved how the condo was decorated with a combo of beach accents and traditional furnishings. The living area, bathrooms, and bedrooms are tastefully decorated- not a hodge-podge of leftover furniture. A lot of beach rentals are on “beach overload” with loud colors and decorations. This condo was super relaxing, soothing, and very comfortable.Best of all, the view from the spacious, 5th floor balcony is AMAZING. My pictures don’t really do it justice. We had a wonderful trip to visit family in the area. Barbara’s condo is #1 on our saved list for our next trip to Cocoa Beach!

Family getaway

Overall, I’d say the property was good. The condominium complex was clean and easy to access at check in. The condo was perfect in size for my family of 4. Condo was very clean but patio furniture for balcony was outdated and not inviting. I was a little taken back that despite paying for a cleaning fee that the renter is expected to do a load of towels prior to check out. It’s not the best optics if you’re supposed to be on vacation, you’re paying a cleaning fee, and yet expected to wash towels before you check out. It’s not something I’d expect the renter to do. In the end, I would stay here again. My family really enjoyed the area and the view from the condo balcony faces the ocean which was amazing.

Spotless condo on the ocean

This was the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Great location right on the beach and close to restaurants. Highly recommend. The only area of improvement would be to get a new mattress in the master bedroom.

Loved it

We were in Florida for a baby shower and wanted to make something of a mini-vacation out of the trip. This condo turned out to be perfect. It's clean, comfortable, modern, and has a beautiful view of the ocean. We especially appreciated the "beachy" yet tasteful decor. Also, the unit is well stocked with just about anything you'll need: chairs, an umbrella, towels, kitchen appliances, etc. As far as location goes, you'll need to drive or get a ride to just about everything, but nothing is that far. (I actually walked to the Publix a few times, which is about a mile away.) In all, we absolutely loved it and plan to stay here again.

Family Vacation

Great stay and great room

The room is a direct ocean view with a nice private balcony, it’s also a nice size property. It is well stocked with things that you need for your trip and a very good sound resistant walls. You don’t hear the neighbors too much. The beach is a good section of the beach. It’s not true crowded as sections to the north are. Also, it’s a good location as it’s close to stores and two restaurants and there’s stuff in walking distance.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

After vacationing for over 20 years in Florida, we bought this condo at Sandcastles in Cocoa Beach. It is the closest beach to the Orlando area and has so much to offer. This condo allows you to stay beachfront and enjoy the pool while only being about an hour from Disney and other attractions at Orlando. It is also near Port Canaveral, Ron Jon's Surf Shop, downtown Cocoa Village, the Brevard County Zoo, casino cruises, the Kennedy Space Center and many other attractions. You will fall in love with this town and this condo as we did!

This property has some great amenities including the convenience of a fully equipped renovated kitchen and baths along with a new washer and dryer( so pack lightly). It also has a pack and play if you are travelling with small children like we do! We also provide tennis rackets to play on a private court located on the condo grounds. In addition, we provide everything you may need for the beach including chairs, umbrella, beach towels and toys.
