Located near Universal Studios, Sea World and within walking distance to Orange County convention center and International Drive. For your convenience we offer valet wagon for those heavy bags and electronic door lock for easy access. Our club house has a large hot tub, 2 pools ( 1 large adult and 1 large children's pool ), pools are heated during winter, poolside tiki bar, fitness room, gated community

My family of 6 stayed here for our Universal trip. Very close to parks, especially Epic. The home was clean and very welcoming. Elevators were very nice after a long day at the park, but stairs not bad when legs not tired. Kids loved the pool and oldest loved the pool bar. Walk to walgreens and grocery store and pizza shop quick drive away. Walkable if no car. Beds really comfortable and master bedroom had great water pressure in the shower. Bedroom layout nice, just be aware that if you have littles using the bunk bed, the top bunk's railing is a little low as mattress is nice and thick. Might want to plan for an older child up there. Throughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back again

Universal trip with Granny

To celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday we went to Universal with her grandparents and cousin. The location and condo were great, the neighborhood also had many quality amenities such as the Publix and Walgreen’s. We were slightly disappointed to find out upon arrival that the pool 200 ft away from the condo was under construction and we would need to get in the car and drive to the other pool. We liked having a grill as an amenity, our first night we brought lobster and steaks to grill. Being the fall and not available to check in before 4 we did not get out to grill until 6:30-7. The security guard came by right at dusk to let my husband and son know they needed to leave because the grill closed at dusk. Thankfully they were in the process of taking the food off the grill, the security guard was not going to let them stay and finish. The farther pool was spacious with large hot tub, enough for a few small groups to spread out. You are not allowed to bring drinks in, only buy from the pool bar which closes at 9 while the pool stays open longer. Beds and furnishings were comfortable and locations was convenient.

Unfortunately, we booked the wrong week for our stay. On top of that there was a hurricane making its way to Orlando. Isabel communicated with us even though she was out of town and refunded part of our stay.

We stayed at this location as we attended a conference at the Conference center down the road and it worked perfectly. It provided all the conveniences we were looking for in a relaxing environment. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Great time was had by all!

Property was clean, and location was close to all the parks. We enjoyed the pool on the property as well as the fitness room. It was easy to check in as the property manager was in touch with us consistently from the beginning. I would recommend this property to anyone who is interested.

Easy to get to from the airport. Isabel texted us the day before and day of with information on what to do and how to get in the room. We didn’t have to do anything. Rooms were clean. Very cozy! We had 8 people. Easy access to all parks within mins. Pool/Hot tub were clean.

Nice and clean

Very cute and clean condo. Close to everything. There is even a Walgreens and delicious cupcake bakery on the property. Pool is very nice. Parking is free and easy. Check out the diner in the Publix shopping center for a fantastic breakfast. Owner is SUPER easy to communicate with. Only drawback is there are only blinds on the windows. So if you need a dark room to sleep you’ll be out of luck.

Good place to stay close to convention center.

Stay was great! The place is small, not much room for hanging out but worked for us. I’m not sure if we had some really loud neighbors above us or if the building is not built with much sound proofing. We had one night where the people above us were disturbingly loud but the rest of the nights we kept the bathroom fans on all night and it helped drown out the noise above.

Everything was perfect for us! The condo was beautiful and clean, and very conveniently located to the pool area. The host was perfect and we had an amazing stay! Would definitely stay there again next time we come to Orlando!

Home away from home

On our trip we had two families- a mom and her two kids and another mom with her two kids. The location was perfect. We were in walking distance to many useful places and there were lots of areas to explore. The resort and many activities for the kids- a basketball court, game room, pool hot tub and more. What made the stay even better was our actual residence . It was clean , comfortable and well stocked with everything that we could need. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the kids slept later than normal! Both showers were perfect after a long day at the pool and the tvs in each room gave kids the chance to take some space when needed. The dining room table allowed us to share family meals and not feel like we were right on top of each other. Our host , Isabel was lovely. I had misplaced the code to get in and had to call her on our arrival at 1am. She wasn't bothered and was eager to help. She also called me after the trip to let me know we left something behind and if we wanted her to send it. The kids have already asked to go back next year and I've told many of our friends about this spot

Home base for great vacation

The property is gated and secure. The condo itself is clean spacious. Having washer and dryer was great. Communication with the owner was excellent. Check in and out were hassle free. This owner is very relaxed and accomodating for requests. We communicated by text. 15-20 mins from Disney and Universal. We also did an airboat tour and Kennedy Space Center. Kennedy is an hour away. The pool was heated and open 9am to 10pm. They have a nice clubhouse and gym all accessable to renters. We would highly recommend this property and will use it again. Also checked with the local management for other properties and comparatively this property was a bargain.

There is a great view of our beautiful ocean from the balcony. At night, a walk on the beach, listening to the surf, it is very relaxing and joyful. The home allows you to get away while still feeling like you’re at home.
