Nice Location

Very conveniently located- not far to beach, restaurants & activities. The place was very comfortable & attractive. We felt right at home.

Great Place

This was a very cute place to stay. It was very clean and offered all of the amenities listed. The pool was nice. It was a good location to go to several local beaches and very close to Siesta Key.

Clean and tidy with convenient location

The unit is clean, recently updated and has most everything that you could possibly need! We had an extended stay due to our house being renovated and found our host to be very responsive and gracious. Highly recommend!

Great location for exploring the area

The condo was bright and had a lot of light. Everything we needed. The balcony was screened which made it a very nice place to relax. The pool was heated and we spent several afternoons there. The location is good for getting to wherever you need to go, however it is not 6 minutes from Siesta Key Beach, even without traffic. More like 15, but everything is easy to get to. The complex itself could use a little TLC, but we really enjoyed the condo. Owner was easy to communicate with and we had no concerns at all.

Very nice place to stay

I stayed one night at the property for a business trip. Everything was very clean and in order. The responsiveness was excellent. Central location that was close to shopping and the beaches. Overall very happy with my stay.

Clark Road Condo

Appt was small but had mostly everything that is needed. Location is older condo units but is great for getting to beach and Publix is directly across the street along with many other shops and stores. Host advertises that they have high speed internet but not many options for the two TVs ( had to complain that every channel required a Subscription !!) Small problem unless your a big sports fan. Only other complaint is the seating at the pool. Although the pool was pretty good and heated, no umbrellas and every lounge chair was broken!!

Sarasota Condo

Nice little condo about 15 minutes from beach. Very clean and supplied with most items you would need in the kitchen. Owner also supplied beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and sand toys. Would definitely stay there again.

Host was accommodating and very pleasant. Condo/apartment was very clean, and nicely decorated. Neighborhood was quiet & short ride to many beaches. Exterior of complex in need of TLC.

Clean and comfortable

Very pleasant unit, several miles to the beach. Pool was a little ways away. We could have used explicit directions for the tv remote. She was not helpful at all, but we finally figured it out

I'm Doris, your host. I grew up in Europe, but I was always cold. I found the city of my dreams, Sarasota, where the sky is almost always blue and the sun is shining.
I often go for a morning walk to Siesta and I am always grateful to live in this beautiful city.
I studied hospitality and I love (almost) every part of it! I work with wonderful people, cleaners who love cleanliness, handymen who come as soon as I call them if something needs to be fixed. I am very proud of my team, great people. We work every day to ensure that our guests have a wonderful holiday.
