Cette luxueuse maison de transport, 'Goin' Coastal 'à WaterColor est la location de vacances idéale. Il est séparé de la grande maison privée et sa spacieuse chambre de type studio avec des plafonds de 15 pieds et de magnifiques planchers de bois franc répond aux besoins des amis lors d'une escapade, d'un couple lors d'un week-end romantique ou d'une petite famille avec de la place pour un couple de petits enfants. En plus du lit en peluche queen, il y a aussi un canapé-lit convertible queen et beaucoup d'espace pour des berceaux ou des bagages supplémentaires!

Le grand canapé confortable est l'endroit idéal pour regarder des événements sportifs ou des films devant la grande télévision à écran plat. La cuisine est idéale pour des repas rapides et dispose d'un grand réfrigérateur, d'un évier et d'un micro-ondes. Il n'y a pas de cuisinière, de four ou de laveuse / sécheuse car nous supposons que vous apprécierez l'un des nombreux restaurants de la région et que vous ne cuisinerez pas ou ne laverez pas pendant vos vacances! La salle de bain complète comprend une douche, une baignoire et un grand lavabo avec de la place pour vous étendre lorsque vous vous préparez à sortir pour un bon dîner ou une promenade sur nos plages de sable blanc immaculées pour admirer nos incroyables couchers de soleil.

La maison de transport confortable est dans un coin calme de la phase II et donne sur un bel étang. Nous sommes à quelques pas de l'une des sept magnifiques piscines de WaterColor.

Everything about our stay was just perfect. We are already planning our return trip. Beth made us feel right at home and the trip couldn’t have been more enjoyable.The amenities were extraordinary and the location was absolutely amazing!
The trolly took us right to the Beach Club where we spent most every day. Plus wonderful shopping and restaurants were all easily accessible.

The Carriage House was beautifully appointed, well provisioned and the perfect size for the two of us although it can sleep two more. There were plenty of supplies and our host Beth was a very kind and welcoming person. We will definitely come back to this property.

Before I even got to the house, I felt very welcomed by Beth (host). The place was very amazing. There were plenty of amenity and everything I needed for the stay. Beth kept checking on me throughout my stay to make sure I got everything I need. The neighbor, the beach, the pools, the parks, the shops, everything was very scenic and amazing! Beth also offered to checking in way early and to check out wayyy late. More than all, Beth’s kindness made our stay double enjoyable. Very worth every penny spent!

Everything was perfect. It felt like home…VERY clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to absolutely everything and the neighborhood was SO quiet. Watercolor is my favorite town on 30A, having access to 9 pools is a huge plus. We spent our time at the pool by the beach…the sunsets are amazing! I really appreciated the open communication with Beth, she reached out once I booked with lots of helpful information and she welcomed questions and made me feel like family staying there. I will definitely be back!

We had the most amazing stay in this WaterColor carriage house — truly one of our favorite family trips we’ve taken. The home was perfect for us and made our time together feel so easy, comfortable, and special.Beth was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. She was so attentive in helping me book and went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our trip was taken care of. It made such a difference knowing we had someone so thoughtful and responsive looking out for us.We’re leaving with full hearts and the best memories, and we are already talking about coming back. The carriage house was exactly as it was described. Perfect location, walkable to all the amenities and very comfortable. The property manager was hands down the best host EVER!!! Will be staying here again.

Molly and Scott were absolutely amazing! Our railing pulled away from our main home to the carriage house and came down after 25 years while they were staying with us and they actually went above and beyond to fix it brand more than new!! Who does that!? They did!!! Best guests ever! And Happy 40th to these two!

Property was fabulous and the host was fantastic! Trolley will take you anywhere around Watercolor. Beach was great. We didn’t take advantage of all the pools we could use, as this was a short stay. Next time for sure! We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay, hosts and location

Spring Break stay with our teenage daughters. Perfect location for the pools and to ride bikes or walk to the beach. Hands down Beth and Randy were the most accommodating hosts we’ve ever come across with several VRBO rental experiences. This place is a favorite!

Beth was an outstanding hostess. Our family of 3 loved our time in Watercolor for the long weekend. The carriage house was comfortable and peaceful, and we were able to easily bike or walk to Seaside, the beach, Grayton Beach, and the surrounding Watercolor neighborhood! Beth and Randy were great hosts who have a lovely cottage house that was perfect for our stay. It's within walking distance of many great restaurants and the beach. Couldn't ask for anything more for our stay!

Exceptional getaway

We couldn't have asked for better accommodations for our short getaway! The room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We alternated between walking or taking the trolley to the spectacular beach club. The hosts were phenomonal-comminicative and extraordinarily nice. We would book this over and over again!

This was our first stay in Watercolor and the carriage house was the perfect choice! It was so welcoming and comfortable; tucked back in a quiet part of the neighborhood. Beth was an excellent host and always so quick to answer any questions. Look forward to visiting again!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay here with our two young children. The community is beautiful, clean and quiet. You can walk to everything that you may need (grocery store, restaurants, etc). Our kids had hours of fun at Camp Watercolor, especially on the waterslides! The Beach Club is a bit of a walk but very doable with the kids in a stroller. The communication and hospitality from Beth was unmatched! We can't wait to go back!!

My family has been coming to 30a since 1994. We fell in love with the area and built our dream home and live in the main house full time. We can't imagine living anywhere else on the planet. We have found our slice of paradise and love when our guests love it as much as we do!

Because there are only a handful of carriage houses in Watercolor that don't have to be rented with a big main house. Perfect for a few friends or a small family or a couple. We have repeat guests year after year and think it's an exquisite carriage house that is perfect for your get-a-way.
