Designed with you in mind, this present day inspired escape is perfect for couples, families, professionals looking for a 3BD/3BA home beach getaway in Carolina Beach and Wilmington area. It has a luxe contemporary inspired vibe inside & out. If you are into yoga then the rooftop deck with ocean views is the spot for you, or if you are just coming into town for a beach getaway, then this is the place. So, what are you waiting for? Book your stay today.

This home offers a balcony on every room along with a large roof top deck, you can enjoy ocean sunrise views with your coffee or a yoga session and sunset views over Snow’s Cut bridge. We also have plenty of yard space for outdoor games and activities. This home provides an opportunity for you to connect with Carolina Beach and all of what it has to offer.
Pets: Limit to 2 pets. $100 per pet applies. Please let us know ahead if you are planning to bring your pet. 
The property sleeps upto 8 guests. On first level there is a master bedroom with a ocean facing private patio and a guest bedroom also with a patio facing the West. On the second level is the third guest bedroom (West facing patio) with a queen size bed and Living room with a large Ocean facing patio. From there you can take the spiral staircase to get up to the rooftop deck where you can get panaromic views. There is an elevator from parking level (up to 4 cars) to access all the levels for your convenience.

Beautiful Place

We truly enjoyed our time. The place was very nice and peaceful. The only downside, the days were exceptionally hot with very little breeze and the downstairs AC struggled to cool down. Everything else was great, we hope to return again.

Absolute phenomenal from 1st contact to departure. Owner was quick to reply, giving information and directions and friendly. The home is immaculate with spacious rooms, elevator and everything needed for a great stay. We love this part of the beach and you are a 2 minute walk from the beach and a 2 minute drive to downtown. Tbis was an amazing home I shared with my family to make lifelong memories. Dont hesitate to book.

Tremendous property and tons of fun

We had a fantastic stay and this is a perfect beach house. We loved all the little things, just plug in and enjoy the beach and vacation. Right by the beach, loved the balconies, the roof top was awesome. All the rooms were great, we had a tremendous vacation. The owner was super responsive and everything was excellent, thank you.

Cute spot

Very cute spot, we went for a girls trip. We found the property to be spotless which was great. The rooftop makes for the best sunset pictures ever. Only downside is that we didn’t know it was a half house so you share a wall with the other half, it didn’t end up being an issue though. I would 100% stay here again

Awesome Beach Retreat

This is a brand new property. It is exactly as it is advertised. Place is even more beautiful than the pictures. The check in process was super easy and owners responded promptly to any questions. We definitely hope to rent again! Wonderful hospitality! Oh and I forgot to mention awesome rooftop!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the home. The home was clean, the owner responded in a timely matter.to all of my questions. We loved the rooftop in the evenings and that each room have their own private balcony. The elevator was convenient for loading groceries and luggage ! I don't have any negative comments, However I do have suggestions. 1. Ensure the remotes are visibly to locate. The first day &1/2 couldn't find it. It was tuck under the bed 2.. In the master room. There weren't towels left out. I suggest that more towels and washcloths are available. My family and I visit the area a minimum of 2x a year. Will consider this property again.

Carolina Beach Long Weekend

Overall, we had a great first trip to Carolina Beach. Weather was great for mid to late October. The house was as advertised on the listing - very new, modern and clean. Elevator was nice to have for unloading and loading the car. Rooftop deck was awesome, especially at night. Kitchen had most of the essentials, but could use some containers for food storage. Bed was comfy, but not much bedroom storage other than closets (e.g. no dressers). House location was very good - easy access to the beach, many places a short bike ride away and even more restaurants and stores within a quick drive. One suggestion would be to publish more of what is included with the house on the website listing or send in an email earlier than 2 days prior to the visit. Will help people staying know what they need to bring and plan for it with a little more advanced notice. Would definitely recommend the house for a group of 6 or less looking to stay in Carolina Beach.

Getaway with friends and family

This home was so amazing. We had everything we needed and so close to the beach. Ramith was very quick and nice to respond on any questions I had. Loved having the elevator to bring all of stuff from the car to our rooms. This place is in our top 5 homes and will we will definitely be back. Thank you so much Ramith for having us.

This place made our "staycation" feel like we were a tually AWAY away!

The house was meticulously clean and decorated gorgeous! There was everything we could have needed (cookware, dinnerware and such) and it was cozy! The rooms were so comfortable, the carpet was so plush and soft - ( I can’t believe I am writing that, but it’s the truth! ) and it was FABULOUS!! Recommend 10/10 to anyone! Roof top deck was so beautiful

Beautiful home, great host!

The property is beautiful and very well-maintained (like new). Ramith was a great host! He made the entire process easy and was readily available to answer any questions that we had. The fact that each bedroom has a balcony was a real treat, and the roof-top deck was amazing. It was the perfect spot to hang out, play games, get some sun, and totally relax. Definitely recommend this beautiful property.

Great Stay, modern design, right next to the beach

The property was great and is as good if not better than it looks in the pictures. Clean, modern design, spacious rooms with everything you need. Location was great with the beach just around the corner. The elevator is also a useful addition. We don't have any accessibility needs but we used it more than expected for unpacking and packing the car and taking the dogs out rather than them excitedly pulling us down the stairs that all the beach homes have. Our host Ramith was very helpful and very responsive. Would highly recommend to others that want to stay in a modern, clean home at the beach and we hope to visit again in the future.

Comfortable stay at Carolina Beach

This is a great property with lots of space for a group (family or otherwise). The master bedroom is huge and inviting, the rooftop deck is a great spot to watch the sunrise, and the kitchen/living area is a good place to gather. The kitchen was stoked and we had everything we needed!
