Escape the Cold Winter of the North and Head to Sunny Florida where you will stay in a beautifully decorated comfortable home that has all the comforts and more of your personal home. Three king size beds, and a queen size bed will surely fit your family and friends. Not only are these mattresses comfortable, the new comfortable linens will help you sleep great. The very well appointed kitchen has everything you could need to bake your favorite desserts or meals. When you do not want to cook, head out to the dozens of restaurants in Port Charlotte or Punta Gorda. Lounge on the screened in patio with your morning coffee or evening wine. High speed internet will help keep you connected. Cable is provided on the Living room TV along with streaming capabilities. The Master Bedroom has a large TV with RoKu streaming services as well as another bedroom. There is office space to do your work from home. The location of this home is in Deep Creek Florida and in a great community where people are seen outside walking every morning and evening. An individual access code will be provided so you can enter and leave the property without any face to face contact. A Ring Doorbell is at the front door for added security. 1 well behaved house trained dog is allowed with a $100 fee. The Punta Gorda airport is a 17 minute drive from the home. You are only a short drive to the Beaches, golf and action that South Florida has to offer. Sleeps 7 Comfortably.

My name is Julie. I am a wife and mother of two. We have lived all over the country for work and spent approximately 9 years in the South Florida area over the past 18. We currently live out of state but always go back to visit Family and Friends who are there. We decided it was time to buy a place so we were no longer sleeping on couches and hotels. We believe that cleanliness and comfort are the two main factors when renting a place. We have left many vacations early because of uncomfortable beds and bedding. We assure you that it will not be the case with our property. We take pride in our homes and want you to feel the same way when you stay there.

Why this property is ideal? There is enough space for everyone to comfortably spread out and relax. The location is safe and excellent for walking the sidewalks. We have lived in this area for years and it is close enough to go to several beaches,Venice, Englewood, Siesta Key, Fort Myers Beach and the gorgeous Boca Grande Island. There is an airport 18 minutes away and The Fort Myers Airport is 40 minutes away. There is so much to do from Fishermans Village to Outlet shopping, Golf, Beaches and fishing that you always have something to do. Plenty of night life in Beautiful downtown Punta Gorda. You have a Walmart and Target nearby along with the Town Center Mall.
