This family Beach House is a spacious 2BR/2.5 bath in the popular community of Gulf Walk, Miramar Beach. Locals call this part of Destin/Miramar Beach "the transition to a luxury beach life ".
There's quiet, more private and relaxing atmosphere but still close to everything that the famous Scenic Drive st has to offer. The community Beach access is locate in a short 5 min walk.
If wanted to enjoy the real southern beach life we offer our 6 seater gas Golf Cart with additional private Beach Access and parking. It will make a real Memorable and Fun Vacation!
You can drive it to restaurants, package stores, beach shops, and grocery stores—so you won’t even need a car during your visit.
This is one of few units that have the patio right next to the pool. Enjoy cooking outside while having the pool next to you!

All our beach rentals are family friendly. We provide baby crib, baby safety gate, beach toys and high chair (please send us a request for the high chair).
Also we’re pet friendly.

The space
This 1300sqt townhouse was fully remodeled in 2022 in a costal-modern style concept.

First floor:
The spacious kitchen overlooks the living and dining area, and is equipped with a glass cooktop, an oversized fridge, and stainless steel appliances. The open living and dining areas have 9' ceilings and plenty of natural light, offering lovely atmosphere while relaxing on the custom-made furnishings. Living room area: 93” queen sofa sleeper with cool gel mattress.
65 inch smart TV connected to high speed internet, HULU, Disney and ESPN Sport.


Second floor:
Both bedrooms are upstairs. The first master offers a king bed and an en suite bathtub with single marble top vanity, luxury tile and upgraded fixtures. This master suit has a private balcony and relaxing pool view.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed and an en suite bath with a large marble top single vanity and a walking shower. Luxury tiles, custom design.
In the hall area guests will find the laundry and the children’s area outfitted with custom designed bunk beds (X-Twin, X-Twin).

There's 2 parking lots available for the property. Additional parking space in the community parking area.

The Area
Our Beach House is across the street from Emerald beach (5 min walk) and less than half a mile (2 min golf cart drive) to Winn Dixie--a good place for groceries. Down the street on the way to the beach you'll find Alvin's Island , one of the biggest beach and souvenirs shops in the area.
The Surf Hut restaurant, across the street, is great for a fried grouper sandwich. You're one mile from a really good outlet shopping center, Silversand outlets mall.
