Beachfront apartment located in the heart of Isla Verde, winner of USA Today worlds best urban beach. The view from the balcony is amazing and you feel your are sitting in the beach. Walk to restaurants and highlife. Fully remodeled 1 bedroom (Sleep 4) with washer & dryer inside the unit, parking and large beachfront pool. You will not want to stay elsewhere.

Large parties: We manage other apartments in the same building also listed on Airbnb. Click on my picture (next to where it says `hosted by Beatrice` to find them.

• Building has security cameras in common areas. There no cameras inside the condo.

We manage a large collection of properties in this same building and have a dedicated team on-site during regular working hours to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay for all our guests. We take pride in our ability to provide prompt and personalized assistance for any inquiries or concerns you may have during your stay.

In addition to our on-site presence, we are also available 24/7 via message or phone for any urgent matters or questions that may arise outside of regular working hours. Our top priority is to make your stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

Apartment is in the heart of Isla Verde Avenue. Walking distance to restaurants, beach bars, nightlife, supermarkets, bakeries, casino and a bus stop in our building that takes you to Old San Juan for less than $1. Area is very lively. Just 10 minutes from the airport.

No need to rent a car. Everything you need is walking distance, plus Uber works great for nearby trips. Apartment has an assigned parking and there is a car rental agency across the street.




All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property.
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed on the Property, the balcony, or common areas. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
BALCONY RAILINGS: The building does not allow anyone to hang clothes, towels, mops, or other artifacts on the balcony railings. A $100 fine will be charged if violated.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property.
Stained towels & linens will be charged at $20 per towel and $50 per bed sheet

It was as advertised great location close to many things on the island. Food near by was good. Beach and view amazing. It was the reason we went.

Great Condo/Unit

This is my 6th year visiting Puerto Rico and for the last 3 years have rented from this owner. ALL the units I rented are recently updated / renovated and clean! Great response from owner when questions arose. Will definitely rent from the owner next year.

DREAM VACATION

The condo was lovely! We loved the balcony, and enjoyed every moment sitting and enjoying the ocean view. Perfect location for people watching, ocean, sun-up and sun sets. This was our first visit to Puerto Rico and certainly return with several members of our family. Would very much like to stay at Marbella again! My only complaint was the bed could use a little more cushion...This would be an easy fix for the next guest. The unit itself was GREAT!!!

Love Marbella Oeste .

Apartment was lovely . 5 th floor has a great view of the beach and palm trees . Close to shopping , hotels , restaurants and super market and bus stop . Didn’t have central A/C but the portables worked great . Had towels and chairs for the beach and kitchen well stocked . Apartment was clean and neat . Had a problem with living room TV the host took care of it immediately. Nice quiet apartment you not hear any neighbors or people on the beach . Refrigerator was clean and so was the stove . I recommend this apartment!!! And will come back .

Glad you loved the property. The building central AC was being serviced during your stay, hence the reason for the portable ACs. Glad to know they work great. We always like to have backup ACs for unexpected occasions.

Great views

We had a great time on our honeymoon in this apartment. Great options for food right across the street and nearby. The pool was clean, the beach was amazing. We definitely love Puerto Rico and cannot wait to return. There were chairs, towels, extra towels, everything you need for a great stay. We had trouble opening the door, It took a lot of strength to do so, BUT that was okay, we were in paradise afterall. The shower is nice. The shower curtain does try to join you in the shower but all you beed to do is put your towel over it and problem solved. Bed was nice and comfy and we are very tall at 6'4 and 6'2, so that was a plus. The staff were very nice, Beatrice was very responsive when we arrived too. We arrived earlier than anticipated and we were able to drop our bags and grab some lunch. Our phones worked better off the internet, but again, no problem there. Beatrice provides a 31 page guide of everything you can possibly think of to do! That was great. We did the legacy tour at Casa Bacardí and it was awesome!

The stay was nice but I’ll try another rental the next round

First we couldn’t get in even the host was unable to open the door due to a lock that was hidden. I had figured out why the door would not open. The condo is about what you expect for the price range I guess. A few things that really made the stay less enjoyable. No black out curtains even at night the room was bright. I’ll remember to check on this from now on. The mattress was very cheap with a mattress pad that was not comfortable. You had to fight off the shower curtain to shower. It kept coming into the shower. A heavier shower curtain would help but I’d suggest a shower glass door. You couldn’t pull all the curtains in the LR because the middle curtain held the curtain rod. The worse thing was that the smoke alarm didn’t work and they are not one in the bedroom. The smoke alarm is a 10 year alarm that expires 12/23. But I tested it because it looked old and it didn’t work. So much for it being newly remodeled as it listed. The cable was difficult to use. Once we got the cable working the second tile we never turned the tv off again. We didn’t know how long or if we could get working again. It was a nice view. Pool was nice and clean. Nice picnic area with grills. Everything you need is in walking distance. The hot water and water pressure was a pleasure. For it to sleep more than 2 you would have someone on the couch or on an air mattress. The sliding door was also difficult. They are two portable air conditioners to help keep it cool but it makes it hard to hear the tv. I couldn’t figure out how to get the sound bar to work. And the air in the bedroom I never got use to the noise of it. I’ll give it a 4 star overall. It would have to be a horrible stay to go less of a rating. From the reviews I read it seems a lot of people are happy with the condo. It was okay for us but we look for better comfort.

Amazing

Location was perfect with plenty of restaurants and stores around for anything you need or want. I just wish there were more than 4 regular, 4 beach and 2 wash cloths. It would have been nice to not do laundry every other day to keep with the towels.

Perfect from start to finish!

Beatrice was wonderful to work with! She gave so much helpful information on the resort, the area and the island in general. My husband and I had a fantastic week at her condo. It is beautifully decorated and in a perfect location. Everything from the condo to the beach was very clean. We loved everything! Would definitely recommend this property and will stay again when we go back!!
