Wonderful home and trip

The home and property were amazing! The house had all the amenities anyone would need. The location was perfectly situated close to the beaches and downtown. I can’t wait to come back to visit the Southern Gem!

Wonderful!

We were in Wilmington for the first time visiting relatives. This house exceeded all our expectations, especially the fenced in backyard for our dog. Mark and Lisa were super!!

Quick stay with our dogs

We like to travel with our dogs but one of them does not meet the under 50lb requirement that most rentals have. We are very thankful that this home allowed us to bring our lab. It is a great location, close to downtown, UNCW and Wrightsville beach. Our pups loved the fenced in backyard and the home has everything you need! Great stay.

Great Quick Weekend Getaway

Great stay! Property is as pictured on the listing, quiet neighborhood, and easy check in. Fully fenced backyard was great for our chocolate lab having room to run and play. Lisa was quick to respond when we had one question on our second day! Would recommend. 😊

Beautiful House

The house and yard were great. Our dog loved the well fenced in backyard. They were several thoughtful bathroom and kitchen items. The host was always available with any questions we had. Would rate a 10 if I could.

Emotional and Happy Visit!

As I sit here with all the motions of packing to go home swirling around me, I pause to thank you for allowing us to stay in your home, which very quickly felt like our home. We have family in the area and they dropped by to see us. They commented on how gorgeous the house and neighborhood were and wanted to know how they could rent the house in the future. We had a lovely stay. Our beagles loved the fenced-in yard and they loved talking to the dog next door. The neighbors were very friendly and nice. My grandson came over to spend the night. It was nice to pretend that we lived in town and he was visiting for a couple of nights, even though we live an hour and a half away. The master bedroom downstairs was a nice treat! I was willing to do the necessary stairs but... One aside would be we wished a small chair was in the master bedroom. My husband and I usually talk and read at night. Our millennial children laughed at this suggestion. So there you have it. We loved it here. You will too!

Great weekend stay

Home is beautiful and well stocked with most things a family would need to enjoy their stay. 15 minute drive to the beach. If you’re considering this home I say go for it! Owners were amazing with the communication. I had a hard time accessing the house rule but they responded quickly and were able to get them to me. I do have one con to mention…if you have a small dog the fence has two holes that our dog kept trying to sneak out of when we let her out to use the bathroom lol.
