Excellent Stay!

Book this place for your next stay! The place was spotless and in excellent condition. Private and quiet location. Colleen was a very responsive host and took care of our every need. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again every time!

Charming as advertised. Greeted with a warm welcome of fresh baked cookies, snacks, and a coffee bar. The communication with the host was excellent. I would highly recommend this home and will definitely stay again in the future if life brings us back that way.

Colleen and Massie's place was incredible! It was impeccably clean and stocked with all the comforts of home. Our daughter lives just 4 minutes away and it was the perfect location for us to have our "own" place yet be so close to her. You cannot go wrong with this rental. It's in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and we will definitely be staying here again!! Thank you Colleen and Massie!!!!

We had such a wonderful stay! From the moment we checked in, our host made us feel so welcome with delicious homemade cookies, and we really appreciated that they thoughtfully included a list of allergy ingredients. It’s the little touches like that that make a stay extra special.The home was very family-friendly, clean, and comfortable. Communication was excellent throughout our stay—the host was responsive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and stress-free experience! And Wilmington was beautiful and Ms. Colleen even gave us recommendations for where to go:)

Colleen is the best host. She was accommodating and responsive to all our needs. We needed a place to stay while our house in Wilmington was being repaired from water damage. Bed was super comfortable and second bedroom roomy enough to set up a little potable desk to do my work on line. Neighborhood quiet and very safe. Thanks to Colleen for sharing the house

Quiet neighborhood with plenty of privacy. Bird life includes beautiful Cardinals and Red Shouldered Hawk families. We still get the occasional early morning visits from local deer.
