Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located friendly home, close to area beaches, nightlife, shopping, entertainment and area attractions. Located in Long Leaf Pines near Wilmington's municipal golf course and Long Leaf Park, it's a lovely neighborhood tucked in among the pines! View of the muni golf course from the back deck....Plenty of shopping nearby and a straight shot to either Carolina Beach south or Wrightsville Beach north.

With two living spaces, one inside and one on the sun porch, there's plenty of room to relax!

Family vacation in Wilmington

This house is decorated in a very boho and cute manner!! The gem to the property, especially to those of us traveling with our 4-legged family members, is the fenced-in back yard! The entire property, home, yard, and deck was very neat and tidy. The house, as advertised, is old, but is in very good repair, plus had all the modern amenities that we needed, such as AC, dishwasher, washer & dryer, and WiFi. It is also very convenient to all of the local beaches that we enjoyed visiting!! We enjoyed our stay very much, and would stay again!

Thanksgiving visit

The house was as advertised. Built in the 1950’s, but well maintained & clean. Kitchen & bathrooms were fine, but could use updates. Rooms were large & spacious. Great location near park & golf course in a quiet neighborhood .
