This lovely condo is located on the tip of Isles of Capri, in the beautiful La Peninsula.
Features include Impact windows & sliders, wet bar, large lanai, private outdoor terrace, and a spacious floor plan to name a few. La Peninsula is a gated community which has lush tropical landscaping through out, 4 har-tru tennis courts, Fitness room, club house, olympic-sized heated swimming pool, spa and a large promenade along the waters edge, which wraps around the whole point. Amazing, panoramic views of the Big Marco river, Hideaway beach and Marco Island. You will enjoy watching the boats pass by as the dolphins and manatees play, right from your living room. Isles of Capri is a tropical island that boasts an abundance of wildlife, four great restaurants and three marinas. I am Kathy Seaba from Iowa City, IowaâŠ.home of the Iowa Hawkeyes! I have worked for the University of Iowa for 25 years and have been a huge Hawkeye fan my entire life. (Everyone knows Caitlin ClarkâŠright?).
I love going for walks at my Florida condo and breathing in the salty air and watching the dolphins put on a show! I canât think of anything better. I enjoy boating and going shelling and being with my friends. I love sitting outside on the terrace at the high top table and sipping on a glass of wine watching the boats go by.
Life is great here!
But there are benefits of having my home in Iowa, which include my son and daughter-in-law and amazing granddaughter. They are truly a shining light.
Also, in Iowa, we enjoy Iowa Hawkeye football and truly amazing friends and family.
One other thing we do is spend time in Keystone Colorado. It is an absolutely beautiful area. Skiing and going out on side-by-sides and hiking and eating at amazing restaurants and shopping in unique boutiques and the list goes on!
Being on the water has been a lifelong dream of mine. And this place is more than I could have ever imagined.

This is a quiet gated community located at the very end of Isles Of Capri in Naples. There are four restaurants within walking distance. The swimming pool is heated and is Olympic sized for anyone that cares to swim laps. The hot tub is always soothing. It feels like we have two living rooms because we have a living room inside the condo, but we also have a large furnished lanai areaâŠ.and a gorgeous terrace if you feel like laying in the sun privately. Itâs heavenly here.

The most incredible view is the most unique aspect of this property! Absolutely stunning. It never gets old. Itâs breathtaking looking out the windows and seeing such gorgeous water, dolphins, fish, boats, sunrises & sunsets. You have to see it to believe it!
