It was definitely clean. Communication was good. The condo was a little dated so it was an “okay” value. Kitchen was fine but it was sparse. Coffee was not supplied which I think is a reasonable expectation for a VRBO. great view of the river and pool. Place has a great fishing pier and its own tackle store with live bait. That was a bonus. Proximity to Marek’s was 75 steps. Another bonus.

Waterfront condo at Riverside

Lovely condo with great views of the Waterfront. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The heated pool was fabulous and had us swimming most days.

This place was one of the best we have ever stayed! Everything we needed was provided & the location was perfect. We loved the view and have zero complaints. The bed was comfy the porch was an amazing touch. We couldnt have asked for better.

Overall the location of the room, proximity to the beaches, amenities available in the unit, and view are definitely worth the money! Marco Island is gorgeous so it’s hard to complain when you get to spend the day on the beaches or waterways on the island! Possibly would stay again, but would definitely look around at other places first.Pros: enjoyed being on the docks and having a bait shop right at the unit for fishing. The dolphins in the morning were beautiful to watch. The space of the unit for 2 people was fantastic and the availability to cook and have meals in the room is always nice. Enjoyed the local food and being able to walk to Snook Inn and several other restaurants as well. Definitely felt safe walking around the area and there is no noise which makes for a peaceful vacation! Cons: Upon check in received a text from the property manager at 1pm to “hurry up” when check in didn’t begin until 3pm. The parking attendant/ security guard is very rude & in 4 days I never found anyone in the property office to update my parking pass so I just parked with an expired parking permit each day. You cannot access the pools after dark which is disappointing. The bedsheets and comforters had several stains on them for both the master bed and the extras for the pull out couch. Tries to wash them and they don’t come out. No hot water in the shower (warm at best for short increments).

The view is AWESOME, the pool is great, and the hostess Janelli is wonderful and very helpful! The property manager may need customer service classes as this person was unreasonable to deal with concerning some items and expectations. I only have two recommendations for the property: clearer markings/instructions on "where you are to go to use the QR Code for check-in" (it is NOT at the gate, but before the gate by the light pole to the right where you drive into the first parking lot) and where the office actually is...Neither are well marked and trees actually block the office with no real signs to direct you where to go. The gate kiosk is not well marked and you are to make conclusions from the arrows saying residents go one way, guests go another, that it is referring to a kiosk for check-in, not a parking lot. We were not alone in struggling to figure out how to get through the gate. We had to ask another confused couple who was also just arriving how to get through the gate and they ended up calling for help while the other couple asked a security guard who happened to be walking by for instructions on how to gain access through the gate. A sign at the gate pointing or giving instructions to where the kiosk is would alleviate this. A big sign on the wall of Building B near the stairs with an arrow that says "office upstairs" would also be helpful. There are beautiful palm trees blocking your view of the office, so it is hard to decipher where it is.

The property was gorgeous and very clean! We love the area and the location was perfect. Only down side was no curtains on the sliding glass door so privacy at night was not the greatest, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom at check in which wasn’t that big of a deal and lastly the shower door does not have a locking mechanism of any kind so keeping water from escaping while trying to shower is a feat. Overall nothing major that would turn us away from staying here again though! Beautiful property, excellent location, wonderful price point! Would definitely stay again
