The beach, popular shops, fun activities, and a variety of great restaurants are all at your fingertips at Outrigger 205! This ocean view condo enjoys access to wonderful shared amenities that include an indoor lap pool and an outdoor swimming pool - all within steps of the beach.

At this beach block condo in North Ocean City, you'll enjoy great southern exposure, views of the Atlantic Ocean, brand new central air-conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with a NuWave oven. There are even two full bathrooms for a bit of extra privacy and a washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and towels nightly. The Outrigger is a two-story building located on the corner of 141st Street.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises (not even balconies). There will be fine of $500 assessed and possible immediate eviction if this is violated.
The Outrigger offers high-speed WiFi throughout the building (there is a fee for using this service).
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great stay

This is a great stay for families, not stroller friendly on account of it only has stairway access, but it is quite and minuets away from the beach.

Great location, but could use updates.

We had a great stay the Outrigger. The location is fantastic because there is so much nearby. The beach is close and less crowded than other parts of OC. While the unit is taken care of, it did feel outdated and could use a deep clean. In addition the WiFi was extremely slow.

The location was nice a short walk to the beach. The property was very clean. However, we were not told there was no elevator And we were an upper floor. Also both tvs in the unit did not work and no one came to fix them. I guess that was a sign to get out and be social.

Work 10 Day stay

What I wish I knew before booking
. It’s ALOT of steps with no elevator access. You go up 3 flights of steps just to get to the second floor and it’s a good amount of them. The shower is broken it sprayed while in use
. so everytime we took showers we would have to clean a big puddle every. If your not a morning person it’s very frustrating that it extremely bright during the day in both room and living room.

Great location and easy walk to the beach. Family oriented neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay and we’re refreshed from the quick stay at the beach. The condo was a short walk to a clean not so crowded beach. You are close to some great restaurants, Delaware state line, Fenwick Lighthouse, and so many other things. The condo needs a deep cleaning, vents cleaned, ceiling fan cleaned, bathrooms cleaned, and rugs in bathrooms removed/replaced.

Good stay

This place was decent with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of room. Cleaning was decent but could use a deeper clean. Was well stocked with clean sheets blankets and towels. Some direction in where the pool was located would be nice too. Overall good stay would stay again

WIFI

The room was great. Location was exactly what we were looking for. Check in and check out process was fairly simple. The property had no elevator which we knew, but that was a rough climb with luggage. Also, the WiFi did not work. I called and maintenance never showed. It was a long week without being able to use any iPad devices. We were very disappointed to not have WiFi access. So between the lack of an elevator and the WiFi not working and no one even attempting to fix it, we would not recommend this property and we will not be back.
