Ideally located very close to the ocean beach and the community's outdoor swimming pool, this spacious condo is a comfortable escape in a prime Ocean City location. Enjoy two private balconies and an interior fully equipped with central air-conditioning, a washer/dryer, and a kitchen with a dishwasher for easy and stress-free clean-up.

In this enviable location, you'll be a short stroll from the northern end of the historic Ocean City Boardwalk, half a mile from Jolly Roger Amusement Park, and within walking distance of countless restaurants, eateries, and shops all along Coastal Highway.

THINGS TO KNOW
The tennis courts are not available for guest use.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Was a beautiful unit. Not sure why gutter replacement was scheduled for our last day there. We made it work. More of a family unit than a two couple unit. It works though. Plenty of room to have friends over for dinner and game night. The deck is large but not two decks like listed. Nice under unit garage parking for a car. All in all still a great place to stay and enjoy.

Perfect location

The location was perfect for 2 Grandparents with 3 of their grandbabies! Ground level with a birds-eye view of the pool and a very short walk to the beach! Walking distance to many good restaurants, ice cream and mini-golf. The grandkids had a ball! The unit could use a little sprucing up though!

Great set up

Condo was very close to the beach. It had plenty of space for my wife and I and our daughter came down for a couple days with her girlfriend and still had plenty of room. The pool is right next door and was warm. We had the use of the garage and laundry room. It was super convenient. The deck was also a really nice size. Highlight was the proximity to the beach!

The surprise !!

We stayed at the condo ! My grandkids were in the tower behind us Id come out every morning with my coffee on the big deck listening to waves my grandkids would yell down from their balcony! Good morning Grammie!! After we surprised them when they were on the beach they didn’t know I was coming to the beach !

Was good and would.probably do it again. Had some issues with parking but got it figured out. Had my trailer with me and was informed by security where I needed to move it and I did so immediately. Next day another guy comes and says the property manager says you have to register the trailer,pay a 50 registration fee and then 50 per day to park in the front lot. ( PLENTY OF PARKING SPACES all over the lot). I rufused to pay them another dime. I hooked up my trailer and drove about a block or so to a city lot. Nice and only cost like 10 bucks a day.

Cruisin' weekend

I really loved the proximity to the beach and where we park and hang out. Loved that there was a garage. Most of the things that could be better were small things that would not deter me from staying again. The wifi stopped working along with the cable. They got the cable back on but the wifi never worked. There were no cleaning supplied. Not just some kind of multipurpose cleaner. But no broom or vacuume. You can tell that they dropped off towels and sheets but nobody cleaned. It smelled like the house had been vacant for a while and nobody refreshed it. The bathtub was gross. There is also a door that leads from the kitchen to the outside so you don't have to leave the garage open to leave in and out, however there is no key to it so you either leave the door unlocked or the garage door open. One last thing the furniture was dirty looking as well. But still a good find and an awesome little condo.

Great Location

Stayed off-season, so can't comment on the pool or access to the beach, but appeared to be ocean view from the deck. Deck was large enough to spend time outside, which was a nice bonus. Kitchen tools get a B- grade. There's stuff there but it's not great. So great that linens are included in the rental.
