This house is beautiful. We made great use of the heated pool, even when the air temperatures were in the 60s. I can't say enough great things about our hosts Belinda and Ed. I knew they were nice folks from the beginning because I mentioned after booking that we loved everything about the property except the twin bed situation in the second bedroom because my snoring husband and I don't typically share a bedroom, but we still wanted to stay there. Belinda responded that she ordered a double bed for that room (which turned out to be a queen bed). They didn't have to do that, but it sure was appreciated. Our son and daughter and their families were staying at other places and their hosts were not nearly as wonderful. When our daughter was hearing bad noises in her car, I asked Belinda for a recommendation for a car repair place. She not only furnished a name, but said that she had an appointment 2 days later and if the repair guy couldn't fit our daughter in that day, she should tell him to give her Belinda's appointment. Now that is above and beyond. We had the nicest place, so our group gathered here for pool time and barbecuing and table games. There was plenty of room to entertain our group of 5 adults and 4 teens. Everything you need is within a short drive. We recommend Sharky's on the Pier for a special meal. If we can swing it to come back to Venice next year, we would definitely try to book this house again.

Perfect beach getaway at venice

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Venice, Florida! The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect—just a short drive to stunning beaches with crystal-clear water. We especially loved the peaceful neighborhood and how close we were to great restaurants and shops. The host was responsive and thoughtful, making sure we felt welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Tranquility in Venice

Our stay at Belinda and Ed’s place surpassed our expectations. The house was immaculate upon arrival and the hosts had a welcome charcuterie board and bottle of wine on the ready! The listing is 100% accurate although it was better in person and the location was in a quiet and peaceful tree-lined neighborhood. The house was fully equipped with everything including beach supplies and all kitchen necessities. The bathrooms had shampoos and soaps. The master bedroom had the most comfy bed! When we couldn’t find the remote to the ceiling fan in the other bedroom, Belinda and Ed came right over. Most importantly for me was their 100% accommodating for my dog and even had water bowls etc for him. I highly recommend this house for your next VRBO in Venice, Fl. I can not wait to go back.

Best Friends Catching Up

Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful!!! Everything was great. The neighborhood is quiet and secure. The house is CLEAN and comfortable with all the amenities you might need including going to the beach. Hosts have thought of everything to make your visit easy & enjoyable. One of the BEST Vrbo experiences I have ever had. Thank you again Belinda and Edward for a fantastic time. Kay and I will always remember this trip fondly and your home/hospitality was a large part of that.

Absolutely perfect

The home was perfect for our family of 4. The hosts could not have been more perfect and communicative. So many thoughtful touches (understatement) and the house had everything we needed so we did not need to rush out for any thing. So cozy and updated! Also loved we were the neighborhood right next to Target and Publix! So convenient. We hope to be back again soon!

Hidden gem

From the first moment we contacted the owners until the day we walked out of this poolside home my wife and I were treated like family. I can't tell you how much we enjoyed our stay here. It's close enough for everything you need, yet just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to relax from your everyday worries. They've provided everything you need for beach visits, rides around the neighborhood on bikes, dips in the pool, or just unplugging and relaxing. Don't hesitate to contact Ed/Belinda to stay in this hidden gem. We found our Venice vacation spot and plan to stay here from now on when possible. A+++

Our time in Venice

The house was clean and well equipped. The pool was nice and well maintained. The location was great, convenient to shopping and restaurants and a great little executive golf course. Belinda and Ed were gracious and very responsive hosts. We had a lovely stay.

Perfect hideaway

The house was perfect. It had everything as advertised and much more. Lovely decorated. It was super clean and the hosts gave us a warm welcome on arrival with small gifts in the kitchen and in the fridge. The communication with the hosts was great. Every question was answered immediately and acted upon if needed. We stayed at the house with two kids and Ed even brought us two surfboards for the beach. We instantly felt in love with the house. Very nice and safe neighborhood. The house is perfectly located to all the beaches, stores and restaurants in the area. We hope we may come back in the future. Thanks again to Belinda and Ed. We enjoyed every single minute in your house.

Best rental house in Venice!

This was hands down the best rental house we have stayed at in Venice! It was in a quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe. The owners were fantastic to deal with and didn’t mind when we contacted them. The house was stocked with everything needed and many extras that we didn’t expect but appreciated, from cell phone chargers, bicycles, life jackets, and even dog dishes! We dreaded coming home but will definitely return!

Beautiful home nicely decorated and very clean in nice neighborhood House is very close to Manasota beach, Sarasota, Englewood and many shops and restaurants. House was equipped with everything you need for nice vacation. We spent a lot of our time on lanai and beautiful pool. Owners are really nice and very easy to contact and communicate with. Will definitely be back

Felt like home

This property felt like home and let’s face it, we did not want to come back to PA. We enjoyed the decor, the space and the amenities. The property is in a safe neighborhood and it gets pretty dark at night, if you’re use to street lights. Belinda and Ed left gifts for my son as we were celebrating his first birthday during our stay. It was such a kind welcome to walk into. I would be careful of the pool as the second time that we went swimming it altered the colors of our swimwear. When we arrived there were some groceries there as well, so we left some things behind like modelo, frozen steam fresh vegetables, potatoes, oatmeal, more seasonings etc. If we ever need to stay in Venice again, we would consider this property. Thank you

Brilliance of Gulf Breeze

This home is brilliantly updated in an older community of Venice with all the amenities. Pool, bikes, beach chairs, games all included. Very clean and cozy. We were welcomed with wine and chocolates by the best hosts EVER! We fell in love with this home and we were sad to leave. (our dog included) You will not be disappointed if you rent this home.

This property is exactly how the pictures say it was perfect. Close to everything we wanted to do! The pool was so nice. It had all the things you need dishes pots pans silverware and more. The host even left a bottle of wine with some cheese and summer sausage really nice touch!!! We will be booking this property again!!!
