Hérons atterrissage est idéalement situé sur la belle, fermée, Terra Verde Resort, à quelques minutes de Disney, la vieille ville, d'excellents restaurants et magasins. La maison est dans un endroit isolé, adossé à la conservation des bois, mais à seulement 2 minutes de marche autour de l'étang de pêche de la station, au complexe de club-house et piscine communale.
Le club offre quelque chose pour tout le monde. En dehors de la piscine chauffée pour les enfants, il y a un tiki-bar, jeux pour enfants, basket et de volley, salle de jeux, salle de gym, sauna, salon wi-fi, le tennis et le tennis de table.
La maison a une cour privée Sud Est, qui est sans vis à vis et est parfait pour les bains de soleil, avec un jacuzzi / spa pour se rafraîchir. Il y a un grand parking à l'avant.
A l'intérieur, la maison est entièrement climatisé, avec des ventilateurs de plafond dans les 3 pièces pour plus de confort. Les serviettes et les draps sont fournis et vous ne serez pas besoin d'apporter quelque chose avec vous, mais les vêtements et les maillots de bain!

Lots to do onsite, close to the parks!

This place was perfect. Unit was clean, had everything we needed, check in was easy. Great pool and relaxing areas. Close to everything and the parks. Will stay here again!!

New Year's Stay

Property is extremely clean. The check-in and check-out process is easy. Home was very comfortable for 6 adults. Ken is very easy to work with. Thoroughly enjoyed our New Year's stay at this property!

Great stay for Orlando Visit

The house is in a gated community, and there is an additional $20 charge for quick gate access into the community. The house itself was fantastic, and the hot tub was a great bonus. It's about 30 mins drive to main parks in Orlando.

Excellent Herons Landing

This was a perfect house for our wonderful stay in Orlando. It is near the parks but is far enough away to feel like you get a break from the busy day that is a Disney Park. Terre Verde has its own pool and Tiki Bar that are both perfect for relaxing. The house has three large bedrooms, which could sleep six easily. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a patio area if you wish to sit outside.

Everything was as expected

We loved the location and the property was just as expected. Other than some miss communication to enter property (missing email) our stay was great. Place was clean and we were not in need of anything.

Great Easter holiday at Terra Verde!

We stayed here for 8 nights and had a lovely stay. The house was super clean and tidy on arrival and exactly as described / advertised. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family. The Terra Verde gated communal area was really lovely, the pool was warm with plenty of beds and the pool bar was great. Can't fault our stay, would recommend if you're looking for more space / great facilities near to Disney etc. Thank you Ken! :)

Awesome

The property was very clean, and well maintained. As you entered the townhouse it felt warm and inviting, it is decorated very nicely. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of everything that you need, even a large pizza tray. This place was everything we needed from the outside patio to the upstairs bedrooms. Will definitely stay here again! Outside clubhouse pool was also a great relaxing addition to our stay. Thanks again Ken!

Can no fault the place

Had everything promised, some minor niggles that I let the owner know about but nothing that affected my stay, only a short 5 min walk to the club house and pool, plenty of parking in front of the house, WiFi was fast, never used the hot tub not really my thing but was clean and hot. All in all we had a fantastic experience here. Thanks

Comfortable home

We loved having our own space on holiday, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and the property felt very safe. The only downside was the over-chlorination of the pool and hot tubs. We had bathing suits severely bleached, hair fried, and several rashes within our group and a family we met while there. If you don't have sensitive skin it would probably be fine.

Well needed Thanksgiving Getaway

We traveled from NC to Kissimmee to spend Thanksgiving with my son who is an intern with Disney. This has been a year of many challenges, so it was so refreshing to arrive at our home away from home and find that it was everything that we expected and more. Ken welcomed us before the trip and stayed in contact while we were there. I was able to prepare a traditional fully cooked Thanksgiving dinner in the resort. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. We enjoyed walking around the resort, Enjoying the weather and Christmas decorations that were up. My family enjoyed all the comforts of home. We all really loved the place. Had a lot of room for us and the Hot Tub was great. The kids loved the pool, they played basketball as well. We would definitely stay here again!!

Nice place to stay

Host is excellent to communicate with and very helpful and prompt. Condo is very nice and well stocked with appliances and cooking tools, except for I don't think the management company handling the property is realistic or personable with regard to supplies. The four of us arrived for a 6 day stay and we had been provided (I'm serious) one half a role total of toilet paper (meaning three close-to-emply roles in the bathrooms), no paper towels, no kleenex, only two tiny wrapped hotel bars of soap (one at kitchen sink, one in master bath but nothing in other baths), ONE (count it ONE) dishwasher tab for cleaning dishes over 6 days!! And ONE plastic trash bag for the stay. Ridiculous for four people in a six night stay. When we asked the office for additonal supplies we were told "Your unit isn't one that allows for supplies. You'll have to buy your own cleaning supplies." That is NOT what the property description described! NOTHING that we were were lacking is expensive for the host to provide, BUT it gets expensive for the guest when they have to purchase and apparently leave behind, more supplies than they will need during the stay. The host should provide AT LEAST enough cleaning supplies to accommodate the number of guests and days they are are staying. And to add to the frustration, when we arrived, there were no towels because a huge pile was still laying in the dryer, not put away with the unit ready for us. So, I'm not happy with their management company or cleaning service, but the host themselves were very nice and accommodating. I'm not sure they are aware their management company is giving their guests this kind of negative first impression. The unit is very nice. The neighborhood is very nice. The gated entry and guard are very nice. Just please provide your other guests enough basic supplies to make their stay reasonable and enjoyable - and them able to BE responsible with keeping it up correctly while staying here. :)

Minor inconveniences

Could’ve been a perfect stay.. no seal on the front door letting little bugs in, ac went out first night, no need for a hottub when you wake up sweaty. WiFi was out the last night of our stay so we had to use an iPad to watch something. Hope these issues are fixed. Didn’t get a final response from the renter I guess after checkout they don’t have to.

Although we are lucky to have excellent local professionals looking after our house and guests when we're not here ourselves, our frequent visits enable us to keep on top of things and to make repairs & improvements as necessary, as we go along.

We personally stayed at many locations in the Orlando area over the years but when we decided ti invest in our own vacation home, Terra Verde stood out as the best equipped and most convenient location for our needs, being close to all the attractions, while offering privacy & security that is hard to find elsewhere.

We chose our house on Terra Verde because of it's perfect situation, just a short walk from all the resort amenities but not too close to the main clubhouse, so that we can enjoy the peace & quiet of the rear patio, which looks out onto an open grassed area and conservation woodland.
