Our Woodstock getaway home is nestled in the woods next to a stream on 13+ acres yet only 5 minutes to town. Enter through the covered porch and don’t miss the expansive deck from which to soak in the sun and surrounding nature. Everything in the home is recently renovated from the spa- like bathrooms to the fabulous chef’s kitchen which is fully equipped and ready for you to cook to your heart’s content. Not a cook? You can still admire it while enjoying take out or leftovers from one of the many local eateries! Beyond the kitchen relax by the gas fireplace and gaze out the picture window with an exquisite view of the stream and woods beyond. Spend cozy evenings in the living room with a book, movie, glass of wine or tea or just enjoy the quiet. There is a separate 3 season sunroom which is great for a meditation spot or to catch up on emails. In addition to the common living/dining spaces on the main floor there is a guest bedroom with a Queen bed and full bathroom. Upstairs enjoy a primary bedroom suite with its own Juliette balcony overlooking the gardens and greenery of the forest. One additional bedroom (with a twin size day bed) and a third full bathroom upstairs provides room for all. The grounds are beautifully landscaped providing interest year round as well as acres of woods in which to hike. For longer hikes we are only minutes away in any direction. 5 minutes to Woodstock Village, 15 minutes to Saugerties village and the Hudson River, 20 minutes to Kingston, 30 minutes to skiing

Outstanding House
We stayed at this house over the Holidays, and it was incredible. The house was very comfortable for my family and located in a particularly beautiful area just a few minutes outside of the Woodstock business district. The house was very clean, and the kitchen well supplied. The beds were very comfortable with nice sheets and bedding. The bathrooms were very clean and also well supplied. The gas stove in the living room was a big hit, particularly in the chilly evenings. We spent a lot of time outdoors in the nearby mountains either hiking on trails or snowboarding. The Town of Woodstock was absolutely delightful. Lots of restaurants and festivities. All-in-all, our stay was an exceptional experience.

A wonderful house with beautiful grounds Front porch is a great place to hang out and chill Kitchen with huge island also a great hangout House is very clean and cozy 2 miles from Levon's :) Will be back!

Beautiful home set In beautiful grounds. Jill is a wonderful host. This is our 2nd stay at the house. Our visit was just as good as our 1st. We will see you next year!

Awesome!
The owner Jill was super helpful with suggestions and her home was excellent! Clean, perfectly appointed kitchen, plenty of convenient supplies- the design of the kitchen and appliances were top notch! We chose great local restaurants and also cooked great meals in the kitchen. We started and ended each day on the porch. We loved the sound of the nearby stream while reading or enjoying the visiting hummingbirds. Fantastic stay in a fantastic house!

We loved it!
We loved everything about our stay! The house is spotless, roomy, comfortable, and beautiful. Gorgeous bathrooms! The property is just the right amount of quiet and remote, with ample lawn surrounded by forest, and even has a little creek. Flowers and hummingbirds make it magical! The owners are delightful and accommodating. We loved it so much we immediately booked another stay!
