Had a wonderful stay! The house has everything and then some. The upstairs loft bedroom was my favorite area. You can really tell that the owners care about their property and about their guests. Location is perfect. One minute walk to the beach and one minute walk to the river. I’m in Cocoa beach once or twice a month and have stayed in many rentals. This one is definitely a favorite!

Stayed for a spring break trip with the family. The house was just what we needed. We especially enjoyed the back porch. It was nice that the beach was so close but heads up that it’s a busy road to cross to get there. Not too difficult but could be more challenging with little kids vs. teenagers.

This is a fantastic place to stay in Cocoa Beach. They have all the amenities for the beach, gaming, all around good time. We really enjoyed our time here and loved the arcade game. This is a perfect place for kids. The host was very gracious and helpful with anything we needed. Definitely will rent this place again.

This place was perfect! So close to the beach and the river. The house had so much entertainment in it and my family enjoyed all of it. Especially my 4 year old son. We will definitely come back and stay here again! Highly recommend it!

Great vacation home!

We truly enjoyed our week at the sunny Lane beach home! Comfortable beds, home as advertised and our boys enjoyed all of the available entertainment at the home. Jen & Ken thought of all the details! We will rent again when we are back in the area.

We had a great weekend. The property was very clean and spacious and packed with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Jen offers many thoughtful touches to enhance our vacation. Check in was simple amd communication with property owner was great. Everything was in working order and had lots of extras for the beach. Easy walk across the not so busy street to beach. Our family really enjoyed our stay!! Beautiful home!
