This is a fantastic place to stay in Cocoa Beach. They have all the amenities for the beach, gaming, all around good time. We really enjoyed our time here and loved the arcade game. This is a perfect place for kids. The host was very gracious and helpful with anything we needed. Definitely will rent this place again.

This place was perfect! So close to the beach and the river. The house had so much entertainment in it and my family enjoyed all of it. Especially my 4 year old son. We will definitely come back and stay here again! Highly recommend it!

Everything about this place was perfect. The host was more than accommodating and every detail was thought thru. Spotlessly clean and totally updated. We only wish we had more time to spend there so we could enjoy all that was available. We will rent again for sure!

Hi! We're a Florida-based family who absolutely loves hosting guests in beautiful Cocoa Beach. What started as one special home — Sunny Lane Beach House — quickly grew into a true passion for helping families and friends make lasting memories by the sea. We recently added our second property, Coral Palm Beach House, and we hope you love it just as much as we do!

We’re a family of five: one of our kids is a Marine Corps officer and pilot-in-training, another is a Gator at the University of Florida, and our youngest is in middle school. I’m a Florida native who’s called Orlando home since the '80s. While we love to travel and explore this incredible country, Florida — and Cocoa Beach in particular — will always have our hearts.

We can’t wait to share this slice of sunshine with you. Let us know how we can help make your stay unforgettable!

Location, location, location! Very few properties are within walking distance of both the ocean and the river. This house is just steps from both, on the thinnest strip of land at the southernmost point of Cocoa Beach. Also, it's close to everything but on a quiet part of the beach, perfect for relaxing. The neighborhood is very quiet and small. We love that our guests can fish, kayak and go to the beach without having to get into the car.
