The inside of property was clean and beds comfortable. It served its purpose but would not hang out there. Pictures exaggerated outside property. Area was a bit run down. Wouldn’t stay there again even with no major issues inside apt.

1st and foremost, very clean. Extremely happy with how clean the place was. Did not spend much time their except for sleeping and a quick shower. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

A Cute Place for Pop

The owners on property were so friendly and kind, like old friends. Communications was excellent, comfy furniture and the pool and patio on the river is amazing!!!. A perfect place for my snowbird 85 year old, non cooking dad to stay nearby and get around Seminole Heights. It is accessible for some one with limited mobility -- walk in shower no steps into the unit. That was key. . enjsunhomemfomonth

We arrived a week after hurricane. Our hosts were able to get our unit cleaned up and repaired for us. Its a great unit. Perfect for my son and I. Really nice neighborhood and great location for getting to all the tourist locations. Will certainly stay again.

The property was fine, cute little house. The one thing i would suggest is instructions for the TV. There was no kleenex and not enough TP. During our stay the pool was not very clean. Overall the rental was just what we needed

Great home away from home.

Place is clean, organized, and very comfortable. Deni and Taco were such accommodating hosts. Beds were comfortable, shower hot, laundry on site is a plus. Backyard relaxing and the pool was beautiful. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back to Tampa. Thank you both.

Wonderful Stay!

My boyfriend and I had a great vacation staying at Daineli’s place. It was clean and had everything we needed for the week. Beautiful backyard with a pool and right on the water. Daineli also made accommodations for us and allowed early check in when our flight arrived early. Would definitely stay again!

Great Oasis

We had a wonderful time. The space is private & the hosts were wonderful/available. Liked having a kitchen for doing some cooking. Beds comfortable! Had a dedicated space for parking the car. The backyard space is amazing!! Covered pavilion, pool with beautiful lighting at night. Close to many things in Tampa. Will definitely return when in Tampa & available.
