The unit was very clean, and had what you needed to cook in the kitchen. There was plenty of space also. The gym area was decent and the outside pool and Hot tub area were inviting. We appreciated having grills. We were in Tampa for my husband to further his certifications for our company. So, it was not a vacation trip. The area was convenient to where he needed to go. Starbucks and grocery store right next door. The master bed was a bit hard for us, but maybe others would be fine with it. The only thing I did not enjoy was the gates and need of a card to get in anywhere. That was a bit cumbersome, and you could hear loud footsteps above you from the neighbors. The shower had good water pressure, also a roomy closet space, and nice to have a washer and dryer. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The host was quick to respond to any questions that we had.

Great apartment in great location!

This place was super clean, convenient, and safe, close to good food, great attractions, and conveniences such as Starbucks and groceries. The pool and patio were really nice. We would highly recommend this for families or small groups of adults.

Superb Tampa stay

We had a pleasant stay at this Vrbo rental. The place was clean, located in a safe area, and easy to access if you follow the host's instructions.A couple of suggestions for improvement: it would be great if late check-in fees weren't such a concern, and softer mattresses would be a welcome upgrade (though firm mattress fans will appreciate them).Overall, this is a great spot to stay while visiting Busch Gardens – definitely recommended!"

Tampa trip

The property is just around the corner from Busch gardens, the grocery store is next door and can be walked to. The parking is great and the apartment sparkling clean. The management liaison Ann was absolutely amazing. She helped us late into the night with our check in.

The Hot tub wasn’t up to par but it’s understandable because of the unexpected cool weather.I just rated lower about the communication with the staff/manager or on call staff because of them referring to the word “ Read” to me as if I couldn’t read.I just think that now days when people are just using written communication; verses speaking directly to potential residents is uncomfortable because all though it’s good to have documentation for reasons we are all sure of; I; however; like to be clear on what is being said or even to be more like a person instead of a dollar sign.I’m a master degree graduate Social Worker who feels that you all could use a little bit more training on people who have mental disabilities where they may need to do less writing and being listened to more.IWas even scared that there was almost a chance that I wouldn’t have a place to stay the night I arrived because I was trying to have a chance to get a few things for my stay,IAlso feel that assuming that ZzI don’t read is wrong and I know that the first thing they say after you choose the place you’re interested in Is bookThen pay,.,,,Nothing about rules …I felt pre judgement from your staff because of the anxiety that I encounter..I was even told not to let that show before ZI get there because it wasn’t exceptable ( this was stated in one way or another by Antonia)So why a lot of my stay was good You all treated me like I was a bother for asking questions.That’s not right.TY!

VRBO was contacted for help with this guest. ** ATTENTION VRBO ** Please help with this matter. This guest is disrupting our business and causing distractions. She is refusing to follow the terms on the VRBO site for guest behavior. We have explained that VRBO requires communication to remain on their platform. However, she is demanding personal phone She is making late night random calls to our office.She called at 4 am on Sunday morning (October 12, 2025). Apparently she was out late and sounded intoxicated based on her slurred speech. Our team could not understand. This guest was not locked out of the home. Our office is not open at 4 am. We open at 8 am. Again today (10-13), after this guest has checked out, she continues to call and harass us on our property management line. That line strictly for guests who arrive for check-in. She called twice today. Our office had to block her number from calling. She was told to send a message in the VRBO app. She is angry because she does not agree with the VRBO rules to keep communication INSIDE of the platform. She has left a retaliatory review due to VRBO's rules. See attached screenshots of her phone calls. We are asking you to ban this guest from using this travel platform. She harasses Hosts. The authorities will be contacted if she attempts to contact us again.

Wish we’d stayed somewhere else

We were very disappointed with our stay. While the unit itself was functional, the pool area is nice, and a few neighbors were incredibly kind and welcoming, the overall experience left a bad taste. The hallways were dirty, and people were smoking by the pool, which was against the rules per my understanding. I stayed with my husband and our two children (ages 11 and 15). We are very clean, respectful guests and followed all the house rules. We washed and folded the towels and did some light cleaning before we left. Despite this, upon returning home, we received a message from the host accusing us of leaving an “excessive amount of crumbs” and breaking storage boxes in a closet, we never even touched the storage bins as we had no reason to only being there a week. She’s now trying to file a claim for excessive cleaning – over basic crumbs, which VRBO even categorizes as normal wear and tear. We’re talking a normal crumb amount for a family of four on vacation for a week. The host chastised me for ‘eating all over the house’, we ate at the counter, as there’s NO dining table and one of us stood as there’s only 3 very uncomfortable stools. To make matters worse, the host’s tone was condescending and rude, chastising me in an unprofessional way. I’ve never had an issue like this with any vacation rental before, and I will absolutely not rent from this company again.

A simple booking turns into a nightmare of surprise charges and no hospitality.After our reservation became non-refundable, the host demanded additional background check fees for each guest. VRBO initially said these weren’t allowed, but later reversed course. We were forced to pay or lose everything.New VRBO users can expect an extra “no-review” fee. A ridiculous fee for being new to the platform and another way for this host to nickel-and-dime guests.Travel delays? Expect fees for early check-in, late check-in, and even threats of more fees if we didn’t leave exactly at 10 a.m.I understand hotels charge for extended stays, but this host uses every opportunity to squeeze more money with no added service.Florida residents beware! After our reservation became non-refundable, we were told Fl residents needed special approval. This came with more hassle and potential fees.Our damage deposit was held for nearly two weeks despite no damage. VRBO confirmed the host could’ve released it earlier but chose not to, adding to the growing list of reasons we felt mistreated.Worst of all, the unit is a sub-leased apartment, not a true vacation rental. Host enforces a "zero communication policy with neighbors" making the stay feel shady and uncomfortable.Our stay was frustrating, stressful, and filled with unexpected charges and unnecessary tension. We’ve never felt so relieved to leave a place. Skip this listing. It’s not worth the secrecy, stress, or inflated cost.
