Great One Bedroom, One Bath condo in Olde Marco Island. You'll enjoy great views of the bay and amazing sunsets over the Gulf Of Mexico.

100% Renovation Completed In October of 2023!

All new tile flooring throughout, a great waterfall edge kitchen that features a full-size oven, microwave, fridge, and a dual Keurig machine so you can use K-cups or drip. The bathroom has a brand-new shower, with a rainfall faucet, great vanity, and lighting.



You'll love watching all the boats that float by and the daily dolphin sightings from our back porch.

Our guests love its location and Olde Marco Charm.



All guests will receive my personal phone number and email address as a part of our welcome letter.

Great restaurants, including the Snook Inn, Smith House, Boardroom Tavern, and more, all within easy walking distance.

Easy to get to the beach of Marco Island in your rental car and park in public lots.

We actually recommend you take a quick Uber or Lyft, as you can get dropped off at access points and then get picked up later in the day. Super easy way to enjoy the beach.

Amazing! Stunning views, quiet, relaxing. Love watching the boats and the Dolphins go through the channel. Nice easy walking distance to some nice restaurants. Place was immaculate and Darin was great! Very, very responsive anytime I had a question. Booking our trip for next year already!

Communication was great and the views from the apartment were out of this world. We saw dolphins every day and felt so relaxed looking out onto the water. The apartment was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. If we come back to the area, we would definitely stay again.

The harbor view from balcony is exactly as shown in picture. Faces west. Beautiful sunsets. Lots of boats going by. Pelicans. Quiet. Condo was beautifully renovated. Shower is luxurious. All new appliances. Lots of extras like beach chairs and a broom/pan to sweep up fine beach sand. There’s a dish washer dryer, but no clothes washer dryer.

We drove there for a scuba diving trip. It was close to the dive shop and close to great restaurants. The condo itself was clean, airy, modern and very spacious with a beautiful view. We had some issues with the WiFi but the owner answered very promptly and the issue was corrected. I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful Condo

Very clean, nice and bright, great location on the water to sit and watch boats and dolphins go by.Communication with Darin was beyond efficient, any time i had a question he was very quick to respond with the answer.Location was near so many amazing restaurants and shops.I would highly recommend this place...I can't wait to go back.

Relaxing Stay.

Great location with scenic views of Dolphin, Manatees, Birds, and we even saw a Coyote across the river. Relaxing to just sit on the deck watching the boats go by or down in the pool. Walking distance to some local restaurants. Comfortably furnished and Quiet. Communication with Darin our host was outstanding. We will definitely consider booking this unit in the future!

Quiet and relaxing

The condo and the complex were incredibly quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed watching the boats cruise by on the balcony. The wildlife viewing was great as well. Plenty of dolphins, pelicans, etc
 We would definitely stay here again.

Not very nice

Updates in condo are good but the rest is old and outdated. Furniture is worn and dirty. Balcony is dirty. Sliding doors do not open all the way. (Owner did have one fixed while we were there but we had to stay there for an hour and a half while they worked. Bedroom slider is inoperable and therefore a fire hazard if you need to egress from that room. There’s way too many linens and they’re old and stained.
