Second row, 2-bedroom, 2-FULL bath 1,000 SF large, modern, open and spacious condo with spectacular direct ocean views from the covered porch and master bedroom. FULLY RENOVATED with every modern convenience, stainless steel appliances, new flat screen smart TVs in both bedrooms AND living room, free WIFI, personal, full-sized washer and dryer in a separate laundry room right in the condo and more! Myrtle Beach is the hub of the Grand Strand, a 60-mile string of beaches. It’s also known for its celebrity-designed golf courses, fishing and water sports, a 1.2 mile beachfront boardwalk with arcades, souvenir stands and restaurants, as well as the old-fashioned Family Kingdom amusement park and the SkyWheel, one of the country’s tallest Ferris wheels. Take in a ball game with the Myrtle Beach Pelicans (a Minor League Team playing right in Myrtle Beach!), enjoy the beach and the condo amenities that include an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub spa room, private tennis court and picnic area with gas grills, even shuffle board. Take a quick stroll across the street to the public ocean / beach access, the Family Kingdom amusement park and all that makes Myrtle Beach one of the top destinations in the entire country. This condo allows for one car to be parked on condominium premises. We will send the city's convenient and affordable pubic parking pass information for additional vehicles upon request after booking.

Great for a beach getaway

Condo was clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs. Two block walk to the beach itself and easy to access restaurants and entertainment areas.

Great Place

The place was great. Very clean and newly remodeled. I personally was not a fan of the location in the neighborhood. Not many great restaurants or bars within walking distance however the beach was only 1.5 blocks away and the amusement park was a 5 min walk away.

Great location very nice room

Check in process was a dumpster fire- Oversold us two parking passes which resulted in security fussing at us and property owners husband locking us out of the room with our stuff inside and telling us to go stay elsewhere- had to get a pass from the city to park on street- was a minor hiccup overall but be forewarned-

First Stay

This was our first VRBO experience and our first trip to Myrtle Beach. The condo was exactly as pictured. It was modern, clean, and comfortable. It’s a short walk to the beach and not far from many attractions. With the amusement park not open yet, it was quiet and out of the chaos. 10 and 13 year old approved! The property is well maintained. The owners were friendly and helpful. We would recommend it to anyone.

Noisy and smelly

our stay was not what we were expecting, first there was nothing or very little to cook with.. cookware. ect..... then the dirty uncomfortable couch we had to sit on, had to spray and cover with a bedsheet before sitting because of the bad smell. every morning we were awaken by someone hammering or drilling into concrete, the noise was unbearable. then from outside our unit we had the neibourhood garbage dump, apart from the noise and smell, it was unsitely and not where anyone would want to live.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The property is oceanview, newly renovated, VERY spacious and even has a separate laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer. Close to all major attractions and a short walk to the beach, it's the prefect location!
