Enjoy a splendid ocean view from this condo's furnished balcony, or stay inside and enjoy it from within central air-conditioning. You'll love the sophisticated decor within this lovely condo, all selected to evoke the lovely seaside atmosphere of the Atlantic Ocean. Guests will enjoy direct beach access during their stay, in addition to a shared pool, outdoor shower, tennis court, and basketball court. The condo itself is outfitted with helpful amenities such as a private washer/dryer. The full kitchen includes full-size appliances as well as cooking equipment for guest use, which you can use on the prep island that also doubles as a breakfast bar.

Group-friendly by design, everyone will be able to spread out and relax at this lovely condo by the sea. You'll have Anastasia State Park, St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum, and St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park all just 11 miles away. Castillo De San Marcos National Monument and Old Town Trolley Tours St. Augustine are both less than 15 miles from the home.

A nice place once I got in.
The property itself was lovely especially the kitchen. BUT check in was a nightmare. I was not able to enter the condo, so I called the office, was assured someone would come to let me in. Two and a half hours and five phone calls later no one had shown up and I was forced to go to a hotel, costing me $257. The next day someone showed up, and my instructions had been incomplete, not saying to push a button after entering the code, and turn a lock. It was a horrible experience.

Beautiful condo- but expect no peace
This condo was spacious, beautiful and comfortable. We loved the condo itself. However, the construction surrounding us was horrible. We were woken up at 8am on the dot each morning with jack hammers busting up floors and skill saws grinding through metal. I have videos of how horrible the noise was. You couldn’t speak to one another even a few feet away and could feel the vibrations in the floor and your body. We had to just pack up for the day and head to the beach. There was no morning coffee on the balcony- we had scaffolding and men coming up and down, No afternoon naps due to the noise that went on until 5 or later. Vacasa our booking fee back and told they could move us. There was nothing on the beach for the time we were there. It wasn’t practical for us to stay miles off the beach and pack up to drive every day. We didn’t have enough car space for all of that. The places they sent weren’t near as nice either. The representatives for Vacasa we spoke with were uncaring and unconcerned. I spoke with April who didn’t care. Period. What happened to customer service? We’ve planned this trip for months, paid a lot to stay here and it was quite miserable to not be able to be in the condo you rented with kids. This condo unit should not be rented while all this is going on. It’s not right. I will be contacting the better business bureau.

Beach Condo
Overall the beach condo was perfect, fully stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need, tons of toys for kids, and beach items as well. The description stated “may hear construction noise while your stay” what we heard everyday starting at 8AM until 3-4ish PM everyday wasn’t “some noise” it was heard from the beach, from the pool, & you couldn’t hear the person sitting right next to you. If you have kids, kiss your naps goodbye during the stay. If no construction was going on, this house would get all the stars but the false information saying “some” noise may be heard doesn’t sit well with me. Be honest and up front with your customers. The construction was non stop, every day, all day, very very loud, to the point where sometimes the furniture would shake. For spending almost $2k for 6 day stay, I would expect a honest upfront description of the type of construction. I reached out to Vacasa and they just apologized for the inconvenience.

Good family condo
Overall the condo is lovely. But the building is under heavy construction and is very noisy 8-3:30. There was even scaffolding outside.

Condo was beautiful, just as the pictures show. Suggestions: bedrooms need TV’s; cushions on balcony furniture are worn out; need curtains in the main bedroom and living room.
