With bedrooms located on the second floor, you are able to enjoy your leisure and sleeping spaces separately. There is a full kitchen and a half bath on the first floor for your convenience. Located downtown, you are centrally located to all of Richmond's various districts including, Jackson Ward, Carver, and Shockoe Bottom. The Fan, Museum District, and Scott's Addition are all a 5-minute drive away! Come stay with us in RVA!

When you walk in, you are greeted by the living room and dining area - perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the City, or enjoying a meal with friends. Off of the living room and dining area is a downstairs half bath for the guest's convenience. Around the corner is the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker. You will also find the washer and dryer on the first floor. Upstairs is the main bedroom with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom, with a walk in closet. Across the hall is the 2nd full bath and the 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed. This unit has plenty of space for short term or long term stays!
Located near this unit is a number of walkable restaurants and point of interest. Visit any of the top rated restaurants such as Tarrant's Cafe Downtown, Rappahannock, or Lillie Pearl. If you're looking for some entertainment, check out Dominion Energy Center or The National for a live show! While there is a lot to do within walking distance of this unit, access to the rest of the city is only a short 10 minute or less Uber in any direction!

There is timed and paid street parking around the front, rear, and sides. There is also a paid overnight garage on the corner of 2nd and Franklin that can be utilized.

We were in Ohio for our granddaughters graduation. It was a quick trip up but we wished we could have stayed longer. The house was exactly what we needed! It is a beautiful property that is beautifully appointed. It was exactly what we needed!!

Our stay had several challenges that made the experience disappointing overall.First, entering the building was very difficult. The instructions were unclear, and we did not know which lockbox contained the key fobs. It would be helpful to provide more detailed guidance on exactly which box to use. Additionally, when we arrived late in the evening due to flight delays, our door code was not working,even though access was supposed to begin at 4:00 PM. After multiple calls and messages, we were finally given a different code. This created unnecessary stress after a long day of travel.Cleanliness was a major concern. When we checked the bedding, the mattress pad was visibly dirty, with stains that appeared to include blood. Given that guests are charged a cleaning fee, items like mattress pads should be properly cleaned or replaced between stays. We were also only provided with two washcloths for a four-day stay, which is insufficient for multiple guests without time to do laundry.The kitchen appliances were not clean. The dishwasher had old food and a moldy odor, and the oven triggered smoke alarms when turned on, likely due to buildup from prior use. These are basic areas that should be thoroughly cleaned before new guests arrive.There were also issues with mold and general upkeep. The shower curtains were moldy, and the unit did not appear to be swept or maintained as well as expected.
