Vacationing with your children? You're tucked within a fenced yard at this comfy and cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath original Mission Beach Cottage. This cottage has character. Comes equipped with original Hardwood floors throughout and rare cedar walls. Amenities include Full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, plates, utensils, glasses, etc., Free WIFI Internet,Amazon Firestick Media Devices with Apps, flatscreen TV in Living room and tv in master bedroom, washer/dryer inside unit, private brick patio with BBQ and reserved parking (23' length- Parallel Parking). It is 1/2 block from the ocean, a little off the beaten path, on a quiet court, 1 block to bay.

This Cottage is 1/4 Mile to Pacific Beach, just a few steps to Old Mission beaches shops, and restaurants and 1 Mile to Belmont Park (Mission Beach Amusement Park): Indoor olympic size pool, jacuzzi, and health club. Great for every age: Roller coaster, rides, jungle gym, go carts, glowing the dark miniature golf, Laser tag, climbing wall, cat walk, escape room, etc. Lots of restaurants and shops steps away and miles of boardwalk for strolling, biking, and blading. Lots within walking distance.

Extremely close to all restaurants, shops, bike rentals, surfboard rentals, para sailing, jet skis, etc.

Walking distance to Shops, Restaurants, Market, Bars/Pubs. Drive 5 minutes to Seaworld, 10 minutes from Gaslamp/Downtown, Petco Park, Qualcomm Stadium

Airport and Downtown is just 10 minutes away. La Jolla is just 1.5 miles away, an easy bike ride up the coast! Pacific Beach is just 1/4 mile north and Ocean Beach is about 2 miles south.

Public bus stop is 1 block away on the main street- Mission Blvd.

Parking: For 1 car in reserved parking spot. You will have to parallel park in space- 23' length

Note: All guests will need to agree and sign the terms stated in Rules below when they make reservation. A Confirmation Contract and Reservation Request Form will be emailed and must be completed and returned. Also we require guest(s) to send copies to Identification prior to checking in to receive a lockbox code.

Be ware of mission beach property management company
This is the worst property managemwnt company I have ever encountered. We rented a small 2 bedroom flat on venice, the street we have stayed at for the last sevral years. 3 days before our scheduled arrival i received an email (not even a call) that we were being moved to another condo to a street quite a bit farther down the board walk than we like to stay. So i called Sarina and asked what had happened. She informed me that the people who were renting the place prior to us decided to stay longer.....but we had been upgraded to a larger condo so what was our problem? as Sarina so politely put it. Shocked i explained that we like the location of venice street and the property they changed us to was pretty far from venice. She then replied "well i dont know what to tell you....i guess we are going to have to cancel your reservation!" After explaining that this was not acceptable low and behold Sarina was able to come up with a property that was 3 streets up from Venice. What a joke! They didnt even have the decency to call. They tried to sneek it by in an email hoping i wouldnt notice. Then when i called to address the issue the they acted as if it was my problem to solve.....on a monday whike i was working......3 days before the reservation started! I would stay as far away from.mission beach property managemnt company as you possibly could. Despite signing a contract your rental reservation may not be secure! If you do decide to rent with mission beach management BE WARE!

Great location
If you like being a minutes walk from the ocean beach you’ll love this location. Close to all the food and amenities you’ll want and need. Only complaints are there were no trash bags for the garbage can and not a single condiment to be found. Property manager was on top of it though when we didn’t have hot water for 3 days due to failed water heater. Once notified of the issue, Luke took care of it quickly. Property mgmt gets a 5 star, the place itself a 3 star so overall I rated it a 4.

Very very short walk to the beach
Super close to the beach. Good for little ones to use the bathroom and come back to make sandwhiches for lunch. Just wish there were non stick pans to cook up eggs and bacon. Difficult to cook in glass pans. Onside water and dryer was a plus.

Cute & comfy beach cottage
Small but adequate property for 4 adults, including 2 grown children. Sooo close to the beach & restaurants. Grocery store within walking distance. My only problem was with the very tight parking spot.
