Gorgeous Gulf Front 1B Condo w/ indoor heated pool!

Paradise is only a few steps away from this newly furnished condo – with floor-to-ceiling windows that boast unbeatable views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sugar-white sand.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is professionally decorated and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a new mattress and flat-screen tv.

The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including granite countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for three and a brand-new refrigerator and dishwasher.

At the end of the day, sink into comfort on your private balcony overlooking crashing waves just steps away from your back door.

The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer.

You will receive two parking passes for your stay.

Guests can enjoy a complimentary daily beach chair setup consisting of two chairs and one umbrella from March - October, weather permitting.

Beach Club guests have access to the state-of-the-art fitness center, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor pool and hot tub and luxurious spa.

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. (1) Sponge ‱ (1) Palmolive Dish Soap ‱ (1) Surf Laundry Powder ‱ (1) Dishwasher Detergent ‱ (1) Regular Coffee & Decaf Coffee ‱ (1) Condiments Kit ‱ (1) Kitchen Towel ‱ Paper towels (1 roll) ‱ Facial Tissues (1 pack)

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

We had an amazing time! We were there for my birthday and our anniversary celebration. Condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The only thing I would have liked was a better mattress on the bed. But over all everything else was wonderful. Thanks Premier and Vrbo.com.

Okay Stay in Pensacola Beach

The unit was as pictured but the guests that stayed at the property left something to be desired. The unit above us had bird seeds that attracted birds, which isn't a problem, but after eating. . well, you get the point. In addition, there were some loud (drunk) guests at the pool that made the stay unenjoyable. Finally, the unit had a weird smell to it and, when I called two days before for a late check out, I was told to call back the next day. I called back the next day and the lady asked me to call back AGAIN the following day. Since the property management company didn't open until 8, I needed information on if we could stay 1 hour later (until 11 am, vs 10 am) in order to plan my morning.Just not a place I'd return to.

Incredible Vacation!

Our stay completely exceeded my expectations. The property was even nicer than the photos. Incredible views, perfect location with all of the favorite restaurants/ bars within walking distance either by road or beach, awesome gym and pool area and my favorite, the included beach service! Greatly appreciated the ability to check in early as we arrived to Pensacola earlier than expected. Hosts were super communicative via text and email. We will continue to book this awesome property for future trips!

Loves condo and location, only dislike was neighbor felt the need to smoke Marijuana EVERY morning which made it impossible to sit outside and enjoy your coffee while watch the beautiful beach

Everything was perfect!

Perfect for our stay! Property was clean, had very nice, new linens and kitchen was Stocked with pots, pans, and knives and everything else you need in the kitchen. Location is great! So convenient to beach and restaurants and entertainment. We will definitely be back!

Art Vacation

Attended a week- long art workshop in Pensacola. After the workshop my stay on the beach at your resort was a relaxing, beautiful end to day and a breathtaking start to the next day! Service was excellent.

Great little getaway

We stayed here for three nights and were quite pleased with the condo and resort. Our room was clean and the pool and fitness center were great! Also a bonus was the complimentary umbrella and 2 beach chairs (side note: get to the beach by 8:30 to stake your claim or pay $15 to reserve ahead of time, or you may not get a front row seat or any at all). The company was very thorough and responsive with communication and the check-in, check-out process was a breeze. We had one minor issue while there, but it was addressed immediately and resolved. Although we did not cook any meals, the kitchen appreared well equipped for those who want to do so. The gulf front view couldn't be beat! The only issue I could possibly see for some is that the bedroom is at the rear of the condo by the front door, and you can hear just about everything coming from the exterior hallway. It wasn't a problem for us, but just a heads up! Even so, we would definitely stay here again!

Full of trash

The manager Kimberly was very nice but limited to getting help to clean up property. Our dishwasher leaked water all over the floor. My husband fixed it. The trash outside looking at the beach was horrible. Our internet didn’t work No tv or cell coverage Sorry yucky place

Enjoyed our stay in the condo unit. Only complaint is the bedroom and bed were very small and uncomfortable, rest of unit was fine. Outdoor pool not the greatest as it’s location was shaded all the time. Beach and beach access was great.

not impressed for price

cut mu finger on refrigerator that had no doors and was all scratched per desk clerk she said well you should have seen/heard the refrigerator in there before it made noise all the time. Property outside balconies was extremely littered. On Earth day i picked up one full large trash bag of garbage cans, lots and lots of styrofoam, insulation a piece as big as 14 by 12 inches and all other sorts of garbage plastic empty drink cups the large ones, I had to do this as was very unsightly to sit or stand at balcony and look out at beautiful gulf/water to see all this trash right below your balcony to fence. I washed the balcony safety see thru panels so when i sat in chair on balcony i could see more clearly thru it. Balcony floor needed to be mopped and swept. As i swept condo several times noted extremely dirty under refrigerator. Leaky faucets in kitchen causing black mold between edge of stainless-steel sink and counterop overhang,. Bathrm faucets also leaky also mold bathroom bacsurround tub caulk needs to be recalked blackeded coming away from tile tub. Noteed there has been ongoing water issues in bathrm and kitchen sink as evidenced by marked stains large areas discolored under both sinks. Washer in unit very noisy. Walls are not very sound proof can hear other guests esp those with children very well. Probably worst of all except all i have stated was not good was maintenance fixing collapsing roof balcony above me directly above and to the 2 units on either side. One day was banging loud for more than 6 hrs total of course the day i wanted to stay in . So i was forced to go out on more than one day. I took pics of all the metal bracing they had to put up and couldn't enjoy sitting on balcony. I found check in person not very helpful/knowledgeable. I enjoyed the pool area and the beach but this unit needs a new refrigerator. I gave up on sweeping nmyself. I made sure all my garbage was taken out when i left at 245 am in the morning to catch my 5:30 flight. I would not rent this unit again.

Great unit amazing resort

Met every expectation from check in to all the amenities, we would definitely go back. The unit was perfect for us and even being close to elevator we heard nothing. Indoor pool was great for 1 rainy day, restaurants in area were great, this resort was beyond what we expected! Outdoor pool and beach was amazing. Sand is like white sugar, beach chairs a bonus!

Amazing Location beautiful condo

Beautiful fully renovated fully equipped condo. Perfectly located right on the amazing white sand beach and crystal clear blue water close to shops and restaurants. It was wonderful having beach chairs and umbrella available to us every day. We felt so at home can’t wait to come back.

Convenient location with great view

The good: This condo has a great view with convenient access to the beach and pool. Checkin-checkout was easy and the property manager was responsive. The free beach setup was great. Easy to walk to restaurants in the area. The ok: While the place was clean upon check in and the kitchen appliances updated, the building exterior and the furniture was in need of an upgrade and disappointing for what we paid. The queen bed was pretty terrible and bowed in the middle. Furniture was worn and stained. No ice maker in the fridge. Bathroom ceiling had mold. The neutral: The key fobs are useless and you end up having to memorize a bunch of codes (tip: take a pic of all six of them with your phone) Property has potential but it doesn’t appear anyone wants to invest in it.

Beach View

The beach front view, accessibility to the beach, and convenient parking were important to us. While the unit was comfortable, the furniture, appliances, and entry doorway showed wear. Overall we were satisfied.

Somewhat disappointed


The overall property was awesome; however, among three separate condos rented for this family vacation, two were not up to par. Our condo had about a 12” long leak in the living room that dripped continuously the entire time of our stay. So, we had a pile of wet towels right dab in the middle of the living room. Since the water sat on the ceiling fan blades, we couldn’t use the fan at all. The other condo was actually mopped and cleaned upon arrival by some of our family members. The filthy area rug had to be removed. There were countless upholstery stains on all of the furniture. Pictures of this particular unit were very deceiving. Thank God for Tracey Dowden. Tracey actually checked us in; and from day one she went above and beyond to help us with our issues. I don’t think either property owner could ever be contacted. She did all that she could to try to remedy these issues. We’re thankful and very grateful for her. I would think the owners would have more pride in their properties. So, needless to say we were a bit disappointed; however, our trip was a most successful one!
