Ce condo a été entièrement rénové et prêt pour votre séjour. Entièrement garni et orné de tous les luxes de la maison - WiFi gratuit - Internet haute vitesse sans fil partout. Le condo fournit des arrangements de couchage pour 4 personnes. Il dispose d'une chambre principale avec un lit king-size et dans le salon est un canapé-lit queen avec un canapé en mousse à mémoire ajoutée pour plus de confort. Il y a une salle de bain complète / douche dans la chambre principale et un demi-bain dans le couloir pour un accès facile aux clients. Beautiful views! Clean, quiet and comfortable with direct access to beach. Beach towels, chairs, books, and umbrella were nice touches. Bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

We’re truly sorry that the building construction impacted your stay. This project was managed entirely by the HOA and unfortunately ran about six weeks past its scheduled completion date. It was never expected to overlap with your visit, and we share your frustration that it did. The good news for current and future guests is that the construction has now been fully completed. We sincerely apologize that the HOA’s delays affected your vacation experience and appreciate your understanding. We’d love the opportunity to host you again under much more peaceful conditions.

Only reason 4 stars on cleanliness was because the cleaning crew overlooked cleaning it before we arrived. I contacted Vic and he immediately got the care out there at 5:00 PM and they got it cleaned. Everything else was great - wonderful, unobstructed view from balcony. Our second visit there and we’ll be back.

This place is great price and great place to stay. The view is great and the King size bed was wonderful to stay on. The pullout couch was uncomfortable and did not have a memory pad on it (which we already messaged and addressed). The pool was listed under heated, but the entire pool is not, only the hot tub portion is. The property had what we needed to cook, and I loved how the beach chairs were included. It saves you money! The place was very clean and nice.

Host was very helpful and kind. Unit was unavoidably having balcony rails replaced. Owner offered full refund to cancel ahead of time or stay with a discount. We love this unit and stayed. Will be back next year!

Vic reached out before stay and was very transparent about ongoing construction in building which he had no control over. He was accommodating for inconveniences. The location is amazing - couldn’t ask for better beach access or accessibility to surrounding areas. Certainly had everything needed in unit. Pool on site for warmer days. Convenience store and great restaurant right across the street.

After traveling all over the world and living on three different continents (Asia - Japan, Europe - Italy, and North America - USA) we moved back to the USA. While here we had the opportunity to live on all three of our beautiful coastlines (West - Monterey CA, East - Oceana VA, and the Gulf Coast - Pensacola Beach FL). After all of our travels were complete, we decided that there was no better place to live or vacation than Pensacola Beach. The sugar white sands and the emerald green waters form the perfect backdrop for where low cost of living meets the highest quality of life. Since 2009 we have loved it here and we are certain you will too!

We are constantly at the beach so we decided to buy a beach front condo that we could call our own. After careful research we bought at the beautiful Sans Souci. We use it ourselves from time to time and open our home to others to enjoy the sun and the sand as much as we do!

On the Gulf of Mexico and across the street from the world-famous Peg Leg Pete's Restaurant and Bar there is no location any better! Some of our great local events/adventures include: deep sea fishing, pier fishing, dolphin watching or going on a dolphin cruise, walking the Gulf Island National Sea Shores and touring the Ft. Pickens historical FL state park, touring the National Museum of Naval Aviation (equal if not better than the National Air and Space Museum in Washington DC), Adventures Unlimited (Zip Lining, tubing, kayaking, and the high adventure ropes course), Historic Seville Square (concerts in the Park on Thursday nights during the summer), or kicking back and shopping/dinning on Palafox St. (named one of the USA's 10 Best Walking/Shopping Streets by Travel Mag).
