It was perfect

I’m so glad I found that place. Plan to rent it every spring break for the next 3 years. Had everything I needed, extremely clean, and 10 minutes from anything. Nice quiet neighborhood as well. Highly recommend.

Safe, Comfortable, Quiet and Convenient

Host couple are cool. Myself being a senior citizen I look for a safe and quiet place. This guest suite is safe, quiet & comfortable. I was in Vero to visit siblings so location was super convenient. I will return and of course do highly recommend to others.

Quiet and Comfortable

Cute little apartment

Loved the place. Pics are accurate and it’s quiet, clean and cozy. Bed has a nice memory foam topper and there are several USB chargers located around the unit. Loved it, will be back.

Delightful Place to Sleep

My husband and I came to Vero Beach for the Blues Festival and needed just the basics-a bed and bathroom for sleeping and freshening up. This unit was perfect for that. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood and a 15 min drive to the festival, shopping, and beach. The place had A/C and a portable fan, and chairs and a cooler were provided for the beach. A most delightful patio garden space for relaxing made the stay extra enjoyable.

Beautiful alternative to a hotel

A great place to stay while you enjoy the nearby beaches and water! A clean home away from home. The room has everything you need including a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. A much better choice than staying in a hotel. We will be back!

Quiet cul-de-sac

This is a cute little studio in a quiet neighborhood. The neighbors were all friendly when I went out walking. We had a microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and mini fridge for light meal prep and to heat up our restaurant leftovers. The bed was comfy. Freddy and Morella were very gracious and filled us in on fun things to do like the free outdoor concert that we went to.

The unit for the week was very nice and super clean. Just as advertised. Quiet neighborhood setting with nice pond at end of street. AC worked great & little kitchen area was big enough to eat something at the table

Sweet little casa in Vero

My daughter and I ENJOYED our stay. 10 out of 10 in all categories. We were there for Elite Sports training so it was perfect for us. We were on the go a lot of the time! We spent a total of 11 nights and loved every bit of our stay. We typically are not fussy about meals so we enjoyed buying light meals and snacks. The outdoor space was terrific too. The listing is accurately represented and exceeded our expectations. Extremely clean and functional small space. It had everything we needed right down to a cooler for the beach. The neighborhood is very safe & in a nice location out of town. Hosts keep the home beautiful. We felt very comfortable. Fell in love with Sebastian, Melbourne, and of course Vero Beaches. Be sure to go out to the citrus farm for Orange Cream soft serve and don't miss the surf in the inlet. I didn't want to leave! Had a great time and can't say enough about the warmth and hospitality the hosts offer. Cannot wait to come back! Thank you!
