Great communication from the host, house was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed including puddle jumpers for the kids and beach toys! The hot tub was awesome and pool was warm enough to enjoy this time of year which was nice!

10/10 ... Excellent location, close to the beach and not too far away from St. Augustine. And the routes into town are very easy. There are a couple of restaurants near by, but a grocery store is close as well so it was easy to stock up for the 6 days we were there. The heated pool and hot tub were exactly what some New Englanders needed to escape from the snow for a little bit. One small issue with the pool was quickly fixed with one text message to the hose. We plan to come back in October and will definitely reserve this location again for a family wedding next year!

A wonderful stay

We enjoyed this property very much! Clean, well stocked with basics. Such an easy walk to the beach. Our family really enjoyed the pool area and items for babies (high chair, potty seat, baby gate).

This was a great place to stay with our family of 6. Really appreciated the high locks on the doors to keep kids from sneaking to the pool. Had everything we needed and more! Lovely stay with great memories made.

Loved the House!

The house was really cute....beautifully decorated. Plenty of space for the three of us. Short walk to the beach! Kitchen was very well supplied as were the bathrooms and rest of home. We will definitely be back!!Thanks for letting us enjoy your home!

Family vacation

Family consisted of grand parents (age 77) daughter (age 55) and three overly energetic grandkids (age 22, 23 and 26). House was perfect as we stayed in downstairs master suite and kids were upstairs. Wish I had a dollar for every time one of them went up n down the stairs. Pool n spa were used daily and walk to beach was easy. Loved the place!!

This house was incredible!! It was stocked with everything you could need and then some. The location was so close to the beach and downtown St. Augustine. The house was clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the owner was very communicative. We are already getting ready to plan our next trip, We will definitely be rebooking. Perfect house + location for 2 families

This house really was a gem. The layout and proximity to the beach was perfect for 2 families staying there with young kids. The pool was bigger than it looked in pictures and we spent the entire time out there and in the Florida room. Everything was also extremely well stocked, from cooking supplies to linens. We would book this again in a heartbeat.

Weekend Sanctuary-More than we expected!!!

A very clean and well maintained home that was very simple, inviting, yet had an elegant charisma. Furniture comfortable. Air conditioning perfect. Showers had great pressure. House space was abundantly perfect. The heated pool spa and back yard was amazingly the best place to just soak in the sun and relax. I would definitely rent this home again and encourage anyone looking for the perfect family get away near St Augustine/Vilano Beach to check out this serene home.

Girlfriend Birthday Weekend!

We had 5 girls from Fl, GA,SC and it was an easy drive for all of us. The house was gorgeous and we had more than enough beds! 3 full baths made getting ready work well. We loved the pool, hot tub and fire table and spent the majority of time outside. We never turned the TV on! The little path to the beach was great and we walked in the beach daily but loved the pool so much that we would come back to spend most of our time at the house. It was an easy ride to Publix and St. Augustine. We would come back!

Fantastic property and location

Stayed here with my wife, toddler, and my in laws. Big house with a ton of space and amenities. Easy walk to the beach and if you feel like taking a day off from the sand, the private pool is a huge bonus. Having a grocery store 5 minutes down the road and historic St Augustine just over 10 mins away makes this a great location. Vilano Beach is less popular and therefore you have to deal with less people than St Augustine and Anastasia beaches. The house is well stocked with towels and bedding. We forgot a baby gate for our toddler and they had one on site — they even had the same child toilet seat we use at home to make our potty training seamless during the trip. Only bummer was the espresso machine wasn’t working but it’s apparently in process. We can’t wait to come back!

Girlfriend getaway

Five college girlfriends spent a week at Sea Breeze and it was a wonderful vacation. The house was just perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for everyone. The house was clean and comfortable. (The only complaints; no closets in two bedrooms, the dishwasher doesn't really get the dishes clean, it took a couple days to figure out how all the lights work, and all the sliders on the porch do not open.) We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, fire element on the patio. The walk to the beach is short, but you do have to cross a main highway at the end of the sandy path to the beach. The location of the house is great! Walk to Aunt Kates for dinner and so close to Caps too. We took the Golf Cart and boat Tour and that was such fun and educational. Shopping and having lunch in town was great. Tamar was always available and very helpful. I would highly recommend Sea Breeze!!!!

Beautiful home near beach

We absolutely loved our stay! The beautiful home was clean and adequately stocked with everything we needed to use during our stay there. We were a very short walk away from the beach. If staying in this area again, we would definitely stay here.

Great home

The home was everything we could’ve asked for. The process of getting to the house was a little tricky because there is another property in St Augustine 20min away with he same address. The home does not pop up when using Apple Maps but all in all great home and great amenities

Excellent family Beach home

We stayed at this house on a trip to see the players championship and really loved it. The layout of the house is great, plenty of space for a family or two, and lots of amenities! The outdoor space is excellent, loved the pool and hot tub. We did not have young kids on this trip but the house would be great if you do. We enjoyed taking the golf cart to dinner and all the restaurants in the area were excellent. The owners were also very responsive to any questions and great to work with. Highly recommend staying at this home if you are looking for a place in the area!

Great property with a great location

Check in was very smooth and the owner was quick to answer any questions we had. The location was great and we really enjoyed the hot tub! We would stay here again!
