Welcome to the Ocean Breeze Beach House! With gulf views, a short walk across the street to beach Access 93 and a 5-minute drive to 30A this home is sure to provide all you need for a fun-filled getaway. The west end of PCB is mellow yet still close to the action in this ideal location. There is room for the whole family or group in this 2,000 square foot home - you can either spread out along the 3-stories or come together in the living room or pool area of memory making. It's DOG friendly.

The space
This 4-bedroom home sleeps up to 12 people and is perfectly set up with all the essentials you need for your stay. We aim to create convenience for those travelling with young children and the home includes a pack n’play crib, a highchair and kid friendly dishware so you have fewer things to pack! There is a large living area where you can play the stocked games with your family and friends. There are 3 balcony areas for enjoying the ocean air and gulf view.

This home is in a small community 4 homes which share a (non-heated) pool and lounge area perfect for grilling and hanging yet but without the crowds of larger complexes. Please note that the jacuzzi in the photos is not heated at this time.

Perfect location!

Our family loved our week in this awesome home. The beach entrance is just a short walk and the pool is a major plus. The property manager promptly answered every question we had and was so helpful!!

Beautiful Home In A Great Location!

This house was perfect. Beautiful and updated on the inside with plenty of space to accommodate 10 people. Located right across the street from beach access; maybe a 2 minute walk! Host was great throughout this whole process. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will be rebooking again soon.

Sun and Fun - Beachside!

We had a great stay at this terrific beach house, and loved Sunnyside and Rosemary Beach! We highly recommend this house, this host and this town! The house is so very close to the beach access and the beach was pristine! The house was extremely clean, and importantly, it has a great living room for gathering with family, and separation between the bedrooms for your alone time! The pool is shared with only four houses total, including this one so we often had it to ourselves! And it's right off your back porch so you choose: 5 steps to the pool or a super short walk to the beach! The host Julia is terrific too! When we had a moderate problem, she engaged immediately to resolve it and was 100% focused on making our vacation unforgettable! We already want to come back and this house is our first choice again when we do!

The home was as described. The host was available and very helpful. Beach across the street from the property was awesome. I most definitely recommend this property.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We love this quieter end of Panama City Beach and is a great jump off point to explore 30A or take a quick drive to more of the action of Pier Park and is an easy drive to the airport. This house allows for space to either spread out or come together. The short 2 minute walk across the beach couldn't be easier and having both some beach time and pool time makes for a vacation that can be action filled or relaxing!
