Close to the Beach and Sound this Spacious Seaside Home (2650 sqft) offers the perfect escape for your family to make beautiful memories. This new three story home, offers sound views from every bedroom and a great room with an abundance of seating for the whole family. The modern kitchen has everything needed to prepare perfect family feasts. The three large bedrooms offer en suite private bathrooms and wall mounted Smart TVs.
Hop on the elevator to make carrying luggage and groceries a breeze. Large laundry room and full size washer and dryer add to convenience. Ground level recreation room with queen sleeper and big screen tv creates the perfect hangout spot!

Sea Casa offers the best of both sand & sea with Sound Access just 200ft away and the Beach a short stroll just 900 ft away.
Enjoy outdoor fun day & night. Complementary kayaks & paddle boards ensure Seaside fun with boogie boards, beach wagon, and chairs making a day at the beach an easy outing. After daytime fun, rinse off in the outdoor shower and enjoy evening fun playing corn hole or gathered around the fire pit.
Ideal for groups of 4-10.

The house was perfect! So spacious, beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfy and having a bathroom in each bedroom made getting ready a breeze with 3 adults, 1 teen, and 2 preteens! The location was perfect with public access to both the beach and the sound. Chris was so accommodating and kind! Will definitely stay here again!

Sea Casa Stay

We had a wonderful week! The house was beautiful. The kids had a great time at the beach and on the sound with the paddle boards and kayaks that were provided. The beach accessories were a great surprise. Check in was so easy, especially since we were arriving late at night.

Everything about our stay was top-notch! The home was exquisite in terms of cleanliness, layout, space, organized and plenty of extras! The location was tucked into a quiet street with plenty of parking. The elevator made loading and unloading a dream!! The beach chairs and toys were a big hit! Huge closets for storage of luggage and parents with pack n plays would love it!!

This house was perfect for our group. It had plenty of room and made it easy for everyone to have their own space. The location was perfect with access to both the sound and the ocean within walking distance. All the amenities were a great bonus also!

Great stay and Comfy Quarters

Property is beautiful, nicely decorated and very clean! We loved staying sound side to enjoy the beauty of the sound, including use of the kayaks and SUPs, and the beach is just across the road. Owners were great to work with and responded to any questions right away including working with us for any requests. Thanks so much!!

Our adult family vaca

It was a beautiful home. And location was great!! We enjoyed having all four of our kids and daughter in law together ( from Hawaii, Navy, Virginia and Minnesota). Great memories made!! Our only regret is that we didn’t make reservations for a longer stay!!

We had 3 families. There was plenty of room for all of us and the location was perfect. Just a short walk to the beach. Everything we needed was already at the house. The host was always available and quick to answer questions. I would recommend this house for anyone!

Fabulous Family Getaway!

We had a wonderful time staying at Sea Casa! It’s perfect for visiting the beach and the sound! We had 2 family members over 80 and a wheelchair bound family member so an elevator was a must. The kitchen is perfect for all types of meals. We used the kayaks and would have definitely used the beach items had we visited during a warmer time. Chris responded to all of my questions quickly and checkin was simple!

Wonderful stay in a terrific house

We can't say enough good things about this listing, property, and Chris. From a thoughtful welcoming gift, owner-provided linens, a well-stocked kitchen, and beach toys/cart on site, we were pleasantly surprised by how all of the great reviews matched the actual house. The neighborhood was super friendly, too. I would enthusiastically recommend staying at Sea Casa, even though it might risk availability for a return visit by our family! 1st trip to EI

We had a great week in EI. The house was perfectly situated between the sound and the beach. Easy access for kayaking. Nice to have a beach wagon for the short walks to public access. House was super clean and we enjoyed having 3 bedrooms and bathrooms for 3 couples. The elevator was as handy for loading and unloading luggage. Very well appointed kitchen. Home owner was quick to respond to any questions.

1st time to Emerald Isle and did not disappoint

We were able to have an amazing time creating new memories on our trip to Emerald Isle and this house helped make it possible. My kids and I loved having the kayaks and paddle boards available for us to use in the sound, and having the wagons helped make the short walk to the beach more manageable. The location of the house was perfect, not too far from stores and restaurants but far enough away that you can't hear the noise from the roadway. Even with the neighboring houses being closer, you still feel a sense of privacy in the backyard. We will definitely be coming back to this one!

Family vacation

We spent the week at sea casa with our 4 children aged 21,18, 12, and 11 plus 2 friends of our children. The house is beautiful and the lay out is great so that everyone had privacy if they wanted it. The kitchen is huge, plenty of counter space, great pots and pans, and plenty of dishware. We cooked many meals in the kitchen. The beach wagon was perfect for transporting all of our things to the beach. We appreciated the extra chairs and boogie boards because we did not bring along enough for everyone. My only suggestion for this property is to provide a vacuum for guests. Otherwise it was perfect!

Awesome, beautiful house

Sea Casa is a wonderfully put together house. Not only is it beautifully decorated but it has everything you could need to stay and “live” there for however long. The kitchen is fully stocked with all things a proper cook needs. All the appliances are top notch and they even have three different bins for ice! Every bedroom and sitting room has a tv. They left plenty of laundry and dishwasher detergent. The elevator was a huge help when needing to get bags to the two upper floors. And even though we didn’t use them, there are kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs, cooler, and life jackets along with a large beach wagon to carry it all. The fire pit is very nice and the corn hole boards were great! I will be recommending this house to everyone coming to the area. Wonderful, wonderful visit!!

We are North Carolina natives and a proud military family. After nearly 20 years traveling the world we had our hearts set on obtaining a family vacation home to make beautiful memories and Emerald Isle was our dream location. It seemed that fate stepped in when we found this house just a week after my return from Afghanistan in September 2021, so we took the plunge. Setting up Sea Casa together has been a labor of love and we hope that our guests enjoy the beauty and relaxation as much as we do! We have two kids in college at ECU and this location allows us to spend quality with them on weekends without traveling too far.

We love the friendly small town feel of Emerald Isle and the opportunity to enjoy the best of both Sound and Ocean. We enjoy having enough space to entertain friends and family and prepare big family meals before enjoying time outside by the fire pit.

Close access to the sound makes it easy to spend quality time together kayaking or paddle boarding.
A short walk to the beach is a year round perk, we love sunrises and sunsets over the water.
Great local restaurants and bars make for fun date nights if we feel like getting out, but if we feel like staying in there's no better place for a relaxing night by the water.
