The renovated interior features strong natural lighting and high-end, modern decor and furnishings. The open-concept layout features a full-size kitchen and spacious living room with sliding glass doors opening out to the pool deck. The kitchen comes ready to accommodate home cooks with updated stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. An expansive island dining counter offers seating for eight. The pool offers a veritable desert oasis and is surrounded by lush vegetation. Enjoy a cooling dip or lounge in the shade of the covered patio while burgers sizzle on the grill. Wind down your evenings in the living room, streaming your favorite shows and movies on the impressive smart TV. A gas fireplace provides an added touch of warmth and ambiance on chilly nights. A dedicated home office is located just off the front door, making this a perfect option for remote workers or traveling professionals.

Fantastic house, super clean. Excellent location, near walking pads and a nice man-made lake. The living room has huge sliding doors open up into the backyard that overlooks a lake. The beds were very comfortable. This place is fantastic and we would highly recommend it and absolutely stay there again.

Disappointing Pool

We rented this home specifically for the pool. It was not maintained correctly nor did the pool system function well. The water cloudy and stagnant fpr the duration of our stay. We reported our concerns numerous times and nothing was resolved.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this house. Comfortable and inviting and just beautiful! Even better than the pictures. If we ever come back to the area, we will definitely stay here again.

Arrowhead Oasis

The house was just as pictured. Very clean and organized! I like the labeling of the light switches so you knew what was what. The place was very clean. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Nice walking paths. Close to a lot of places. The backyard and pool were so relaxing and refreshing in the hot Arizona temperatures. I would definitely stay at this property again. Myself and guest were very happy.

Felt like home

The house is so cute and so clean. It had all the amenities we needed and the beds were SO comfortable. The pool was a great oasis during the heat and we even ran into the neighbors who were extremely nice, but also gave us the space we wanted for a relaxing long weekend. Would absolutely stay again.

Hot Arizona in July

Our stay started off rough. We got to the property in the dark and there was no light on for us to put the code into the door. When we did finally get in the was no hot water and the door to the garage was unlocked with a sticker asking us not to enter the garage, needless to say we did and locked the door to the outside and inside. We had our two small dogs and we did not realize that the part of the property that meets the pond in not fenced in, our dogs could have ran into the pond. That needs to be in the listing or they should fence it in. Not able to lock the front door when leaving.

Wonderful extended stay at a beautiful home!

My family of 4 stayed at the Arrowhead Oasis for 10 weeks between April and July of 2024, and had a great experience. The home was clean, well stocked, perfectly located, and had all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe, which was a high priority for us. It was close to grocery stores, gas stations, banks, restaurants, and had easy access to the freeways to get around Glendale, Phoenix, and the surrounding areas. Our two young children loved the pool and backyard area and enjoyed the spacious living areas to play inside as well. The home felt quite a bit more spacious than the pictures made it appear. There was plenty of closet space in each room and the bedrooms were larger than we had anticipated. Plus, the murphy bed in the den/office was perfect. We really loved this house and enjoyed our time there! One thing we did not realize from the listing was that there was no fence separating the property's backyard from the waterway that runs directly behind it. We had a service animal with us, so we had to make sure that she didn't accidently head toward the water, as there was no barrier outside of the lush landscaping of the yard itself. The house had a smart TV in every room that allowed us to log into our accounts in guest mode, which was a nice perk. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and utensils, the bathrooms were nice and spacious, and the decor of the house made it feel like home. Our favorite part was sitting on the couch and looking through the huge sliding doors out to the beautiful backyard and the waterway, watching the geese and enjoying the view. It was very peaceful. An oasis for sure! This was a wonderful home and our stay could not have been more perfect. We HIGHLY recommend this home!

A Property with A View

We had a wonderful week! The view from the back patio was so relaxing. We loved the resident turtle who daily sun bathed along the shore. The house was the perfect size. Our dogs loved the dog run. A great surprise. The many paths through the community were nice. Bed was very comfortable. We loved it and I didn’t want to leave. Great place to stay.

Highly recommend

Great house extremely comfortable and clean. Location was perfect. Close to everything! Only downside was not being able to use the pool. The listing states the heat would cost $85/day. We were going to stay in on Sunday so requested to be heated Saturday evening. They responded back that it had to be heated for three days consecutive and it would cost over $500. Which didn’t make sense based on the cost in the listing. Either way it was beautiful we enjoyed it so much. Definitely be back!

Very Nice Home

This is a beautiful home. We would definitely stay again. Didn’t get to enjoy the pool on our stay this time, hopefully we will be able to book again and enjoy it! Love the area and all of the walking paths. Very safe neighborhood. They were very helpful whenever we had questions.
