Welcome to Sunny Hilton Head and the Island Club Oceanfront Resort. The Island Club is a family-oriented resort nestled in 25 acres of prime oceanfront property. Island Club boasts expansive beaches and breathtaking sunrises.

This 3rd floor, direct oceanfront condo with a spectacular view was recently purchased in 2022! The unit is a 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom condo and will sleep 8. The fully stocked kitchen will help you prepare any or all your meals. The unit has very comfortable, pillowtop mattresses with Land’s End white sheets and towels, beach chairs, and beach towels. Some renovations have been completed with further renovations planned for fall of 2022. Please refer to VRBO 395064 for reviews on unit 6404, that we have owned for 10+ years in the same complex. Based on the reviews of 6404 you will see that our cleaning crew cleans the unit according to COVID cleaning guidelines and most guests comment on the cleanliness of the unit.

If grilling is your speed, the Island Club offers and maintains gas grills from a beautiful picnic area overlooking the ocean. The Island Club also has every amenity imaginable including nine free tennis courts (including several clay courts), a large heated pool with a waterfall, a children's pool with a mushroom waterfall, a tanning pool, health and fitness center, hot tub, pickleball, basketball, children's playground and bike rentals. The pool and hot tub are open mid March through October. The pool is heated in the spring and fall. The Island Club is also a gated community with 24 hour security. Children's programs are also available from June through September for ages 5-12.

Hilton Head has everything anyone could ever hope for in a dream vacation spot. Play a different golf course everyday if you choose, incredible shopping and dining and the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises anywhere on earth. One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. The location is amazing and property grounds are hard to beat. Tim’s place was stocked so well and thoughtful. From providing a hamper to put your clothes in, to dish soap and a roll of trash bags. The place was comfortable and we couldn’t ask for anymore.

5303 condo at Island Club ws absolutely gorgeous. All the decorations and beautiful photography made the condo pop! Ocean Front and watching the beautiful deer just made it more joyful !

The condo and all the amenities were very nice and clean. The beds were very comfy, and I really appreciated the higher-end items. The host was beyond nice and very responsive. The views from every window and balcony are amazing! We would definitely vacation here again and again.Thank you!

Island Club 5303 was beautiful! It was clean, updated with decor and appliances and offers a great ocean view. It also includes beach accessories. The hosts were very responsive and offered a welcome gift. I would highly recommend renting this unit!

Everything was perfect...I've never had a bad experience at Hilton Head...but this was by far the best experience! Great location to the beach and pool...quiet and family friendly! The unit is in very good shape and plenty of high quality furnishings. Check in was easy and the owners kept in touch through VRBO, but we never needed anything.

Overall great place to stay. Super cute and perfect for a family of four. The place was equipped with just what you needed. Comfortable beds,good pans , sharp knives, plenty of towels, and beach gear, Etc. The community offered an easy access to beach, playground, and pool. Only complaint is they only allow adults in hot tub. But that's understandable. Overall this place is great and would book again.

It was great! Stocked well. Pic’s and description very accurate. We loved it, have plans to return and WANT to stay here. Communication with owners was great too. Can’t say anything negative. Liked where it was at, very convenient to everything. If I were to mention anything negative, it would be that now I have to upgrade my home with solid wood doors, soft closing kitchen cabinets, and cool bathroom faucets, surprised I got off without having to redo our showers lol. Stay there, you won’t be disappointed. We can’t wait until next time.

This condo was perfect for our 2-family vacation. The views were incredible, the condo itself was beautiful, and the owners were great at communicating. The cool cabana was a HUGE plus, as well as the beach chairs. We hated having to leave!

The condo is very thoughtfully stocked. There was not an excess of anything but it did have everything we needed! We especially appreciated the provided beach chairs, stocked liquid hand soap, and ample seeding with the floor cushions. The view was wonderful! Island Club is not a new property, but well maintained and the beach is less crowded. We enjoyed staying there!

We enjoyed staying at the Island Club! The area is on the quiet side and is comfortable! The beach attendant, Trevor, was polite, helpful and a delight to talk with! We explored the Coastal Discovery Museum, took a Dolphin Cruise, made a Tye Dye shirt, purchased some items at the Farmers Market and attended a Turtle Talk which was most informative.

Family Vacation

The condo was exceptional and the view amazing right from your balcony. Tim & Melissa were very accommodating with our time schedule upon arrival which was much appreciated. The updated decor was refreshing and made the condo a welcome retreat.
