This had everything we needed, it was very clean, in a great location, and the host was easy to reach and responded quickly. We would stay here again.

This was a great location to use as a base camp for exploring the city. The check in process was easy, and the manager was easy to communicate with. I’d definitely come back and stay again.

Excellent location wise, the furniture was very different than what was pictured. We had a full mattress on a queen sized bed frame which was uncomfortable and not ideal for 2 people. The A/C unit did not cool as well as it should for how loud it was. As the unit blew cold air, seems like all the cold air was escaping due to the poor windows throughout the entire unit, even with the bathroom door closed. The host was very accessible and responsive. Overall, could use some updating but location was great.

location, location, location

this stay was close to the amazon sphere, pike place market, and belltown which has loads of great eats. the room is smaller than it appears in the photos and is pretty bare bones - the only surface to put your belongings on is the small dining table. The mattress is also quite soft. The biggest complaint is the radiator (if you are staying during winter) which dings very loudly intermittently all night. That was more a bother than the sounds outside our window. Also, be aware that the flat is on the third floor and there is no elevator. Not terrible, but if you have lots of heavy bags and are not able or willing, this is not a good fit. Street parking at night was easy peasy - right out front each night and we were there on a weekend.

Girls’ Weekend

Came to town for a concert and sightseeing. This charming studio was the perfect location for it all. If you get tired of walking, Uber scooters are available almost every other block, and the monorail is in eyesight if you want to brave public transit. The unit was equipped with everything you need. The only thing I would recommend packing is an umbrella. Unfortunately all the vendors know they gotcha cornered when it’s raining and certainly dobt give you a discount. ;-)

So it was my first time visiting Seattle and we had a hard time finding the studio but it’s actually the brick building next to the donut shop anyways it’s the perfect affordable spot everything and I mean everything is at walking distance the needle food the market malls and the best part was parking you can park in the street from 8pm to 8am for free or do what I did theres a parking garage that’s 2 minutes walking distance that I got 2 days for 60$ and it one of the cheaper options that’s it then the room it’s self had everything stove heater a good ac system towels and 2 beds one is a sofa bed and the other is a queen size bed oh and also people seems to leave behind soaps and shampoos and conditioners they had 2 shampoo bottle and 2 conditioner bottles and 2 body wash bottles along with other stuff that I believe other people left and I left a packet of waters and shampoo over all everything was amazing I highly recommend and the owners communicates super fast 10/10 for me

All we needed

Great find, would stay here again, affordable price. Everything was close and convenient. Can walk to a lot near by (8-15 min walk) convince stores/bars/restaurants/pike place/space needle/bus stops/rail. Top Pot donuts right next door was awesome to start our day with coffee/tea and donuts. My husband and I are super simple, and this place was perfect for us. You’re in the city so there is noise and lights at night but it did not bother us because everything else was good.

Stay in Seattle

The condo was in a great location and within walking distance of everything. Only comment is that there wasn't a coffee pot or coffee maker. This was a disappointment as we had to find a coffee shop at 5:30 in the morning, not an easy thing to do. i expect this in a rental like this. The only other issue was that either the dishwasher or the washer had a funky smell. Otherwise it was a very cute place to stay
