The property is in a great location to walk to many restaurants. It’s exactly as advertised. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night. The welcome basket with s’mores fixing was a nice touch.

Thank you so much for such an amazing stay! The place was incredibly relaxing—beautifully modern and contemporary with a perfect mid-century feel and a lovely touch of bohemian style. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, and the amenities truly made it feel like a home away from home.We honestly didn’t realize what we were in for with the historic downtown area—it completely exceeded our expectations! The food was outstanding, and everyone we met was so friendly and welcoming.If anyone is looking for a place where they can truly relax, enjoy a swim, and experience great food all in one trip, this is absolutely the place to be. We would love to return!Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

Nice New Place

The place is nice. I was a bit worried that I might get the blame for things like broken curtains, carpet stains, etc. But, in general, it's nice and there are even s'mores and a fire pit, which was enjoyed during our stay.

Good location

Good location, nice complex and nicely appointed home. Television's were not working, contacted the agent and they fixed it. Very responsive when contacted. Checking in and out was very smooth and easy. Could have been cleaner.

We had a wonderful stay visiting from Virginia for our daughter’s dental school interview. The place was beautiful, clean and well stocked. The location was perfect and just steps to many restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would stay again

A gem in Gilbert

From Wisconsin and Canada, my eldest daughter and I came to see my youngest daughter who works at the Hale Theater. This condo was perfect. It was spotless the house binder had excellent instructions and information on where to eat in the area. There even was a basket with water and all you need to make s’mores on the outside fire table. The condo truly is just steps from the Historic District. I loved the condo. Thank you for helping make our stay a perfect one.

Great place, clean, modern and close to everything!

This was one of the best places we have stayed at in Arizona. Clean, bright, quiet and comfortable. Close to so many restaurants that we walked every night and morning. Very happy with everything this place had to offer. We will most certainly stay here again.
