Très bel appartement avec vue exceptionnelle sur Florence

L’appartement, d'environ 70 m², est situé en plein centre historique de Florence, sur la Place San Marco, une des plus belles places historiques de la ville. Situé au 5 ° étage (sans ascenseur) d'un palais historique du 18e siècle, il a été entièrement restauré au cours de l'année 2002. Grâce à son emplacement, l'appartement est très calme. Profitez de la magnifique vue sur la ville et sur ses monuments depuis le balcon et toutes les fenêtres. La cuisine (réfrigérateur/freezer, machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, four, cuisinière à gaz) donne sur un grand balcon sur lequel vous pouvez prendre votre petit-déjeuner tout en admirant la Basilique Saint Marc et les collines de Fiesole. L’appartement a aussi un grand salon/salle à manger avec télévision, de 2 chambres (avec une vue unique sur la Cathédrale de Florence) et d’une grande salle de bains moderne avec douche. Vous pouvez découvrir à pied tous les musées et monuments célèbres de Florence car ils sont à deux pas de l’appartement.

Trajet: En voiture : A1 Bologna-Firenze, sortie Firenze Nord, direction le centre, de la rotonde ('Viale Circondaria') direction la Piazza Della Liberta, parking 'Parterre' sur la Piazza Della Liberta.

En train : gare centrale de Florence (Santa Maria Novella), 2 minutes en taxi ou en bus direction Saint Marc.

De l'aéroport : à 15 minutes en taxi ou en bus de la gare centrale, changement en direction de Saint Marc.

The view from every window is just incredible! We really enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace in the morning and evenings watching the birds and relaxing. The location is ideal!

Excellent apartment with gorgeous views and central location. Owner was great with communication and help. Just be prepared for steep stairs, it’s good exercise!

This apartment has a breathtaking view of the city and the kitchen is stocked well. Located at the square with quick access to the city busses and rail, also many tour groups meet here. This apartment is on the top floor and the stairs will keep you in shape. The only caution is the bathroom it is small and the ceiling is low so if you are tall, over 6 feet, it may be a bit difficult. The owner kept in touch to make sure we did not need anything and the check in and check out process was very smooth.

Tiberio is a wonderful host to work with. The apartment is incredibly well located (take train right from airport to the piazza) and central to shopping, eating, museums, etc. There are a bunch of steps to get up to the unity, but it’s really NOT a problem- (1) walk off your pasta and (2) beautiful view from the patio. We recommend without hesitation.

Our stay in Florence was great! Our host was very friendly and communicative. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The only draw back was the 5th floor and 96 steps with no elevator. This was clearly stated in the description and I just missed it. Lugging our suitcases up was difficult. The view was great!

A fantastic location on a convenient Tram stop. Steps away from the Medici Palace and Duomo. Close to restaurants and shopping. The host was so helpful and just a message away.

The property is in a great location in the city! A short walk to most attractions and the T2 tram is just outside the front door. It’s a cheerful apartment with a lot of natural light. It was very clean and comfortable. You’ll love the views from the windows. Helpful hint-Pack lightly for climbing the many stairs.

This apartment is centrally located and you have access to all the highlights of Florence. Communication with the host was excellent. The views from the apartment windows were breathtaking as well. Tram from the airport stops right in front of the front door making for easy transportation to and from. We had a couple of issues with the washing machine and toilet but the host did his best to fix them. What to keep in mind: there are over 90 steps to the fifth floor. It was not a problem for us however they are no joke as there is no elevator. The second bedroom shares a closet with the water heater and every time water is turned on it generates noise. We adapted for those that stayed in that room. In conclusion, the apartment suited our needs exceedingly and we had a wonderful time.

Cozy and great location

Great stay

Sisters dream trip

Tiberio’s place was perfect for me and my sister. We each had our own bedroom, the bathroom was a good size, the living spaces were great, but our favorite spot was the terrace, big enough for us to enjoy wine and the views were spectacular. Also, the location was perfect! Tiberio was an excellent host!

Amazing stay

Couldn’t have asked for a better area to stay or a nicer view! The location is so central and walkable, but not overwhelmingly busy. We felt so lucky to have a place to stay with such amazing views of the city and mountains. Communication was great as well with our hosts.

Wonderful!

We had an amazing time in Florence. It was even more fun because of the location of this apartment. Check in was so easy. Apartment was clean. Beds were comfortable. The view at night from the small terrace was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful views

My husband & I had a very nice stay here. Apartment has lots of windows, high elevation so you get lots of fresh air which we loved. Great views from many of the windows, and a great host. I highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic Views and Location

We stayed here for one month for some art courses in Florence. Apartment is as advertised, the views and balcony are the best part. Be prepared to climb a lot of steps to the top of the building. Also, a short walk away are the Academia and All’Antico Vinaio (Best Sandwiches ever). The hosts, Tiberio and Letizia, are very gracious and quick to respond to questions and concerns.

Nice apartment in the middle of Florence

Overall, the apartment was very nice and well suited for our stay. The climb up the stairs is a bit vigorous, but a reasonable tradeoff for the location.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

The apartment is lovely, great location near taxis and tram, close to every thing..the best part was the communication with the owners. Best I have ever had in a rental! Thank you Tiberio and Letizia for everything!!!
