The All Seasons Collection 30A is pleased to include this charming Pied-a-Terre to our portfolio of adult only carriage homes; "The Always Collection". Upon arrival you can enjoy a complimentary glass of French Le Grand Courtage champagne. Additionally two designer style robes w/slippers are provided for your comfort as well as numerous other amenities such as shampoo and conditioner from our local Apothecary Pish Posh Patchouli's and our special blend of light citrus mixed with hints of jasmine, rose, and hyacinth Bondi Breeze soap. Morning coffee is provided by Amavida our local coffee roaster.
This Scandinavian style getaway has been meticulously renovated, to include a Palacek Regatta Pendent crafted from hand-woven natural cotton rope as the entry light fixture, Serena and Lily dining chairs, retro designed refrigerator, quartz countertop and full stone backsplash in Kitchen and Terrazzo tile flooring throughout, are just a few of the many features this carriage home offers.
For cooking purposes there is no stove (there is a microwave) however the area boasts over 30 fabulous dining options!!!
The dressing area features custom wood bath vanity with hand made draw pulls. Shower tile 3-Dimensional linear texture and natural maple tones, also a washer and dryer.
Parking is available on the parking pad in front of the garage, also enjoy two complimentary adult bikes

Wonderful experience at this perfect little carriage house. It's in the perfect location and since it's in Rosemary proper, you have access to their beautiful pools and the beach access via the Rosemary greens (something you don't have if you stay in Inlet or Seacrest). The space is beautifully updated, very clean, and just as pictured. The kitchenette and fridge/freezer was useful and they even left us a small bottle of champagne in the fridge. Check-in was a breeze. Truly was the perfect setup for me and my husband for the long weekend. We will absolutely be back!

My husband and I absolutely adored our stay at this beautiful Pied-a-Terre! It was super cozy and luxurious all at the same time. Cheryl was incredible to work with and whenever we had a question she responded promptly. We would absolutely stay here again!

The place was clean and comfortable. Parking information posted on VRBO and received from vendor was misleading. We could not park where suggested as there was a bike rack in the spot.

Always clean and wonderful location to stay in. There was a bit of a snafu, but Cheryl was amazing and remedied the issue immediately. Love this place and will be visiting again next summer!

Our stay

Our overall stay was truly fantastic from start to finish. Despite some rain the first few days we couldn’t have had a better experience. Cheryl was always reachable and the location of the carriage house was perfect. Everything was within walking distance or an even shorter bike ride away. Weeks after our trip and we are still talking about this vacation! Can’t wait to be back.

Great Stay in Rosemary Beach

My wife and I stayed at this carriage house for a long weekend and the space was exactly what we were looking for. The house is a short walk from the heart of Rosemary Beach and also came with beach chairs and bikes. The space is ideal for two. Cheryl was a great host and was quick to respond to any of our questions and concerns. We would stay again here if we ever came back.

I recently stayed in the most charming little cottage in Rosemary Beach, and I truly loved every minute of it. The space was incredibly clean and thoughtfully maintained everything felt cozy, peaceful, and just right.The location couldn't have been more perfect just a short stroll to shops, restaurants, coffee spots, and of course, the beautiful beach. Whether I was relaxing with a coffee or enjoying the sunset by the water, everything I needed was right at my fingertips.It was the kind of place that makes you feel instantly at home. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Best weekend stay!

This little stay was so cute! It was just my husband & I on a small getaway for 3 days during Labor Day weekend. The check in process was seamless, after a small hiccup but no big issue. The home was like a 1 minute walk from the town center & a 7 min walk from the beach. However, it felt even shorter! I was nervous at first when it was “10 min away” but everything is so walkable, and it felt like it was all right next door. Highly recommend & I would stay here again for sure!

Amazing getaway!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate our one year anniversary. The property was immaculate and stunning! We loved the amenities it came with, including the bikes, access to beach and pools, etc. Cheryl was very attentive and responsive if we needed anything. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here for a couples getaway. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Space for Couples Getaway

The space was perfect for what we needed! Located in a great spot with access to the beach and various other amenities provided, it's hard to find a better spot. The hosts were incredibly considerate in helping us out by allowing us to keep our stuff in place while we waited for a late flight. Otherwise, we would have been stuck dragging our luggage around on a rainy day.

Cute Carriage Home

We had a wonderful five night stay at this property. Cheryl was prompt to answer any questions before arrival and during our time there. The location is AMAZING (within walking distance to everything you could need). The place was very clean and having a washer & dryer for our stay was useful. I loved how this house came with everything needed for a beach day including: wagon, chairs, towel, umbrella and a cooler. Would recommend for a couples getaway.

Perfect Getaway!!

This place is absolutely incredible and the perfect space for two! The pictures really don’t do it justice, and it was the hardest place to leave! Complimentary champagne upon arrival, bikes, beach chairs, and perfectly located to walk to the shops/beach. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back next year!!

Small but tasteful - Amazing spot!!!

My boyfriend and I had such a nice stay here. Rosemary beach is so beautiful and loved how there was access to the town pools and every beach access point through the ID card provided! The bikes that came with it were so nice too! Loved cruising around town. The space was clean, nicely decorated and cozy! Our stay was perfect and this little carriage house was absolutely perfect amount of space for us! The small kitchen area was perfect for making a simply breakfast or lunch and the fridge was great for keeping coffee and drinks. We loved our stay and loved this beach community!!
