New 4 bedroom 3 bathroom condo directly on the beach! Beautiful decor throughout and 3 king beds make this unit so desirable for 3 couples. Tile floors throughout and everything is in high quality and excellent condition. Corner unit on the 5th floor overlooking the hot tub.
BRAND NEW LANDSCAPING AND POOL! Fourth bedroom with full and twin bunk beds. This condo has so much to offer and has high end furnishings throughout. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Sun Glow pier and Crabby Joes restaurant have views from the balcony. Come for a week or stay a month.

Check in and out was terrible! One elevator has been broke for two weeks now, and the second elevator (and only elevator) just broke. I am handicapped and there is no way that I can walk up and down five flights of stairs. Very disappointed with this building and poor maintenance.

The condo was beautiful. The elevators was always available. Parking and pool was great and never overcrowded. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect Accommodations

There were so many positive things to say and no negative ones about this property! Besides the 5 stars I gave it in all the categories there were so many ways the renters went above and beyond. For example, all soaps in bathrooms and laundry room, plenty of kitchen utensils, spices, cleaning products, videos, games, beach items and even sun block! They also left us a complimentary bottle of wine! The location was prime with beautiful beach views. Parking was available for 2 cars.Easy access to building, pool and beach. A small exercise room was also available.I cannot say enough. I would recommend this property to everyone.

Women’s Gymnastics Nationals Competition

Beautiful few every morning from the balcony. The rooms are big and spacious with their own private bathroom. Love the convince of the beach.

DAYTONA 500

We came in for the Daytona 500 race. The condo was close to the racetrack and there were great restaurants close by. The condo was clean, well equipped and we felt at home during our stay. Owner was easy to communicate with during the renting process and when we had a question once we entered the condo. Would definitely stay here again. Sue

On arrival condo was not clean. Talked to owner and she was very rude. Found other problems during stay. Did not feel comfortable contacting owner.

Felt Like Home

Our family enjoyed staying here while we were in town for the Rolex 24 at Daytona. The beds are extremely comfortable, the building is quiet, neighbors are friendly, and the location is great (even though some amenities were not available due to the hurricanes). Since we normally stay in hotels, it was a great change of pace having access to a nicely stocked kitchen so we could enjoy a homemade meal. The front door lock is a little tricky, but we all felt safe and comfortable this weekend. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great View

Great spot to be on the beach. Away from the major crowds. Excellent condo and amenities. Great decor and accommodations. The best is the view water. Would definitely stay again.

The view was awesome. The owner obviously loves this condo because it shows in the upkeep. Loved sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean.
