Beach Please! Complimentary 6-Seater Golf Carts!

Our 3 bed 2 bath home is a walk away from the bay with great sunset views. We are a 1 minute golf cart ride to both 11th and 12th street public beach access and are a 7 min golf cart ride to the islands restaurants.

Don’t miss out on the amazing sunset view from either our back porch or down at the end of the street, the views are breathtaking!

Our personal golf carts are available and free for use, we just ask that liability waivers be signed and provided to our property management team!

Main house is a 3 bed 2 bath with a bonus room under the house with an extra queen bed and a full bath

Please note that there is a bonus room downstairs under the house and not on the same level as the rest. It is equipped with a full bathroom, and a queen bed. Although it does not have a closet, but it does have a shelf and hanging space so you can hang and put up your clothes. It also has built in drawers under the bed! We do not include it in our bedroom/bathroom count because it doesn’t have a closet, and we do not charge any extra for it because has a separate entrance from the rest of the house.
Please make sure trash can is kept roadside for collection.

Check In/Out
- Check in @ 4PM / Check out by 10 AM
Before departure please:
-Please turn off all lights
-Place bedding & towels in the Laundry Room.
-Close blinds & curtains
-Load and start dishwasher
-Bring in the top half of the patio umbrellas (place in laundry room)
-Empty the fridge
-Blow off & Rinse off golf carts (Please do not let water get into the speakers/electronics)
