Serenity and Beauty in the wonderful canal front house sitting on nearly 1 acre lot hidden in a secluded cul-de-sac. Enjoy the pool, volleyball on the yard, kayaking, paddle board on the canal that leads to a big lake. Well landscaped entry way leads to the front door, you'll greeted by high vaulted ceiling great room. Total 2300 sqft with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bath. Open floor one story layout, with wood and tile floor throughout, Immaculately clean.

Wonderful Stay!

Stayed here for my sons birthday trip to Legoland. We had a wonderful time. The house is very nice, clean, and private. Close to attractions and a short day trip to the beach. I would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Nice Home in Nice Neighborhood

House was very suitable for our needs. Plenty of space and privacy. Great quiet neighborhood. Could use a few more pots and pans for cooking.

Convenient to everything we needed to be at or go to. Hostess is very good at communication and spells everything out in a book. Kitchen is well equipped. We were there for my uncles passing so did not do recreational things.

Perfect!!!!!

So relaxing and quiet. Could not have found a better place to stay. Everything is thoroughly labeled. They even had shampoo and conditioner and soap for the bathrooms kitchen and laundry. No detail was left out. Communication with the host was super easy and she always got back right away. We loved that the second and third bedroom and bath had a door to separate it from the kitchen and living area. The pool and lanai was where we spent most of our time. It was so nice to listen to the birds and look at the lake. If we are headed to the area again we will definitely stay here!!

Great location

Mom and daughter trip. House was a good size with great amenities and Emma was quick to answer our questions/concerns. We had a few issues though. The house was dusty especially the ceiling fans and wood/tile flooring. Large clumps of what we assumed was dog hair was evident throughout the home. Had to swiffer the floors on the forst day. Our clothes were very hairy after relaxing on the comfy sectional which is annoying.We even saw the hair floating around on the pool water and patio cement. The pool was freezing as it is not heated, would have been nice to know on the listing. The 2 bedrooms boast queen size beds which were full size with large sheets, matresses dipping in the middle, uncomfortable for 2 people sharing. Shower drain was slow, filled up fast while showering in there. Disposal wasnt functional, learned the hard way when doing dishes. Egg pan was dorty, had to wash before using, but kitchen was fully stocked and plenty of coffee pods to use which was a nice touch. The owners had chocolates placed in a few areas too, so nice and delicious. We wanted to use the paddle boards and kayaks but the canal was so full of vegetation, we got scared of get entangled should we have to put our feet in, so decided not to use them. Garage was a great place to park and having a golf cart was neat but didnt really have anywhere to go on it as there isnt an access to the lake from the neighborhood. Rented for the pool, kayak, and scenery but didn't end up getting to enjoy them.

I am genuinely sorry to hear that you found a few things did not meet your expectations. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. Your comfort and satisfaction are of utmost importance to us, and I regret that we fell short... Our pool is not heated, since we have a big and deep pool which is not effectively heated. we should have made it clear to our winter guests. and we will consider to have a pool heater installed since it's a attractive feature. we have two cleaning crews, one is for regular cleaning and prepare the house for guests. the second crew is to deep clean the house every few months. I have addressed your concern about the cleanness status with both of those crews to ensure that the house cleanness meets our guests' expectations. We have two queen beds in the two small bedrooms, which were purchased from Mattress Firm in 2021. The sheets may run large since we use 100% cotton top quality sheets to ensure sheets fits all the way. The neighborhood is situated in a top-notch lake community, it's very quiet and private, and we have a few returning guests who enjoy the privacy and beauty of this community's. Guests can launch kayak and paddle board from our backyard. They can either just stay in the canal, which is big enough and fun for beginners or they can venture into the main lake if they are experienced in kayak and paddle boards. Thanks so much for letting us know about the sink garbage disposal. we'll have it fixed soon. Your constructive feedback is an important tool for us to enhance our guest experience, and I assure you that we are dedicated to making necessary adjustments to avoid a similar situation in the future.Once again, thank you for bringing them to our attention, and we genuinely appreciate your understanding. Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

Plenty of room with nice split bedroom floorpan. Good selection of kitchen and pantry items to make our stay easier. Love that the hosts provide plenty of essential items (soap, tp, laundry products, paper towels, ziplock bags) We didn't have to worry about running out or add it to our grocery list. The yard was a great size for dog to play. The grill worked great. Screen patio pool area was nice for eating, relaxing. We had fun taking a short spin on the golf cart. A couple suggestions - plastic glassware dishes for pool area and boardwalk or small pier would be awesome for using kayak/paddleboards. Overall clean beautiful home

Wonderful Experience

This house was perfect for us. We needed somewhere that we could all come back to and just relax and this was it. The kitchen was set up great. The bedrooms were very comfortable and had plenty of space. We used the entire home. The pool was perfection and offered the adults and kids time to unwind.

We had a wonderful time here. This home comes with everything you would need for a relaxing vacation and is exactly as described, it was clean and beds and furniture were comfortable. We will definitely try to book this house again!
