Very spacious unit. Plenty of room. Everything was very clean. Very nice unobstructed view. Host was very informative about some pending construction and provided detailed parking instructions.

Check-in was easy through VRBO, however, there was always someone in our assigned parking spot. The condo could’ve been great, but 2 days of seeing palmetto bugs/roaches in the master bedroom is not ideal for sleeping restfully. I get that it’s Florida, but this place must be infested being that we were on the top 6th floor.The pillows were terribly too soft. The carpets and drapes were stained and dirty. The hot tubs and pool were great. The views and beach great.Also really liked the on site cafe and beach bar.Quite disappointed in the bug issue in a “penthouse” condo and large cleaning fees that I was charged.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the pool, hot tubs, beach, views, and the on-site café and beach bar. We’d like to clarify that the property is on a professional pest control schedule with weekly treatments. Palmetto bugs are common in Florida and can occasionally appear even in well-maintained buildings, including higher floors, and this does not indicate an infestation. The condo is also cleaned by a professional cleaning team between every stay. We always encourage guests to report any concerns during their stay so we have the opportunity to address them in real time. Thank you again for stay

Just perfect

Check in was so simple, and the property just perfect. So easy to access the beach, on-site parking a plus. The cafe on the 2nd floor was a nice surprise as well. The location is convenient as well. Will consider staying here again.

Beautiful condo

We loved staying here. They provided everything needed for a beach trip. Condo was very clean. Needs a few things fixed, sliding glass doors and toilet seat but other than that it was perfect!

First time to Treasure Island with family

Overall the stay at Sunset Vista was great. Had a bar and cafe in premise, Right on the beach, within minutes of everything to do. There was a couple minor issues with the room but not a big deal. Property management was very communicative and prompt with responses. The elevators need to be overhauled or replaced. One was not working and the other two were slow and during rides it was pretty warm, no ventilation or AC. Staff was very friendly too.
