Resort style forsure. Access to beach A ! For families with littles, being able to navigate back and forth from beach, to pool, to apartment- phenomenal. The unit itself was clean, well equipped with all necessities. Having the Bar and Grill was so great to grab a quick bite for those days we didn’t want to prepare lunch. The bar by the pool was pricy. Drinks were good though but not worth 14 for a standard size cup. Pool itself was big and spacious. Did not feel over crowded even with so many people visiting in the month of August. Would go back, bring my own margarita mix.

Great for the price

We had a great time loved the beach front and the pool. Family had a great time. You pay for what you get. Some reviews were correct that were bad. But all in all could've been worse. I say this cause alot of places just like where im from are rebuilding from storms. Just be glad there are places to still vacation at. And yes we are planning coming back.

Sunset Vista June2025

It was a very nice setup! Great for our family of 4. We had a little trouble finding our parking spot and unit- it was late and dark and had no real direction. A security guard helped us navigate to the right spot. We liked the 2nd floor and ability to see the ocean! Had a great time. Oh and may want to check fire alarms
 they were chirping at times. Thanks so much!

Great Location and Stay

Had a great stay with adult siblings, but the property would be great for a family too. Cafe and bar onsite which was convenient. Right on the beach! Will stay again!

Spring Break

We loved the location and convenience of the condo. Understandably there were still a few things still being repaired from the hurricane - fencing, lobby, gym etc but none of it was a problem. We had a great week!

Hotel condo was clean, and comfortable

We were impressed by the amenities. The large pool was so inviting. Great location and easy access to the beach. Condo was exactly as the pictures. Comfortable beds. Only problem is was the beach chairs were missing, but Itrip brought us new ones the next day along with new umbrella.

Outstanding

6 members of our family, including three year old and a toddler had a great five night stay at Sun Vistas. We have enjoyed our late winter/early spring trip to Treasure Island for quite a few years. This year meant something more to us because of last year’s devastating hurricane. We appreciate all the restaurants/shops/stores that have worked tirelessly to create a welcoming place. We applaud what Sun Vistas has done. This is a very clean location. The view of pool and the Gulf of Mexico was appreciated. Rooms were comfortable. All appliances worked well

The property was fantastic! Great beach access, views and pools for all ages. Everything was close by or within walking distance which made it easy for our family to get around.

Dirty

This property is in desperate need of a deep clean. The doors, floor boards and walls are dirty. The floor was also not scrubbed - when some water spilled, I wiped it up and the towel was gray from the first on the floor that came up.The kitchen was the cleanest, which is nice. However, we were only given one dishwasher tablet for our 3 night stay so we had to wash dishes by hand after the first day. The towels were horrible. There were 4 very old beach towels and the bath towels were maybe new and they stuck to your skin when you tried to dry off, making them unusable.The dryer must have some type of grease in it as it stained a few of our clothes we put in there.The hot tub was nice and the pool area was nice, but the pool heater was not working, so the pool was freezing. It would have been nice to know that. From other guests, it sounds like it hasn’t been working for some time and we could have been warned.The beach and location to John’s pass were great. It was just very clear this is a very used unit that needs some major TLC.

Quick getaway to Florida over winter break

Although the hurricanes hit hard here only recently, the building was in good shape and the pool and beach were open. The apartment was perfect for our needs and the kitchen was well equipped. We were missing bedding for the sofa on our first night which was a bummer, but it was delivered the next morning. We appreciated the beach towels and beach toys, and especially the easy access to the huge beach!

Great property

We loved the location. Right on beach, nice pool, kid pool, 2 bars and a restaurant on the property. We didnt need to leave. St John's pass was close for other activities but unfortunately we were evacuated due to a hurricane before we could explore. Property owners were great and communicative during the process and issued a refund. Nothing you can do about the weather. Would stay again!

Amazing vacation!

This is a wonderful condo. It was full of everything you can think of. Sunset Vistas the and beach is gorgeous, as is Treasure Island. The staff are friendly. We will most certainly be back!

Location was nice

Location was nice, the booking process was very easy. They were very quick to respond to any questions I had. Property is close to beach and restaurants. We walked to John’s pass daily. Only thing I would recommend is the condo could benefit from a deep cleaning you can tell it has seen a lot of traffic.

Perfect Beach Weekend

This condo was absolutely perfect for us. We had 4 adults and a 2 year old. The condo was clean, comfortable and so spacious! We even rented a crib through baby away and set it up in the living room and it didn’t feel crowded. They had beach toys and chairs in the closet and a washer and dryer in the unit which was so handy. The view of the water and pool from our balcony was even better than expected. The pool and beach were clean and well kept. The complex was also very family friendly. Our toddler loved every minute of it. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a fantastic weekend getaway!

Perfect

We loved it here. The condo was perfect for my husband, me and my teenage son. It was very clean and right on the beach. Nice bar downstairs to have a drink, small store on second floor with provisions and a cafe. Best part was owner communication. I can’t say enough about the kindness and professionalism shown by the owner. Absolutely perfect stay.

Great condo

Condo was very nice and clean. Perfect for a family of 4. Well supplied with a few beach towels, linens and beach chairs. Pool and beach are a very short walk.
