Bienvenue

This property has a beautiful view. I’m not sure if it has been renovated recently but it was very bare. There were no rugs and sand on the floor was a big problem.

Bienvenue

It’s basic as it comes , bed and towels were washed but windows was filthy and the view is what sells this place if you don’t mind bay side . House is just older and needs attention, would I stay here again yes but not for 1600+ dollars for a week . I’d go somewhere else first .

My wife and I saved all year for this vacation, and it was not cleaned right. The Tv's did not work right. went to the office talked to the manager and they tried to fix their mistake, but the damage was already done. We left a couple of days early we had enough. Besides all of that fishing was great and eating good weather was fantastic. The house was in a great location looks very nice on the outside. They need to teach the cleaning company how to clean and fix the TV's

Stay at Bienvenue

Location is nice. House was clean. House has BASIC essentials. Has pots and pans, silverware, dishes, etc. Prepare to bring everything else. No salt and pepper, etc. we were given one trash bag and one roll of TP. There were pods for the DW, one dish towel, no dish soap. Not what we usually have experienced.

Very Nice!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4fth year in this house and we love it. However, as much I would hate to, if they had not replaced the stairs this year I would have started looking for another place. But they replaced the stairs, the deck, and the unstable handrail on the deck. It's lovely. It sits right on the edge of the bay and often times you can be sitting on the deck and the dolphins will swim right up to it fishing. It is CLEAN, cute and had a good kitchen. It is in a quiet, wooded neighborhood. My only caution of the handicapped, elderly, balance issues, which I have. I feel the downstairs bathroom is a hazard. There are no rails in the shower and the only bathmat is one of those like you see in a hotel with no rubber backing. I bring my own now. The cable never works. The office staff does their best to get those things taken care of. We like it so much we already have it booked for a week next May. I highly recommend!
