Saida IV Condominiums is a building in the Saida Resort complex at South Padre Island,TX. The grounds and surrounding areas are beautifully landscaped and maintained. We were impressed with the fact that just steps away from the condo there are 3 nice swimming pools (one being heated), 2 Jacuzzi pools, and 4 beautiful, smooth surfaced tennis courts.The entire complex is very family friendly. In addition, there is a 24 hr. gate guard house and the entire complex has a security fence around it, making us feel very safe. We liked this lovely property from the first time we saw it! It's a very short walk to the beach from our condo on the 3rd floor. There's a fantastic view of the beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from our place. The city of South Padre Island has many activities for all age groups. We wanted to be a part of this wonderful vacation spot where there's deep sea and bay fishing, dolphin watch tours, and many other water activities. There are dozens of fantastic restaurants to choose from and nothing compares to the seafood of the Gulf of Mexico! Watching the amazing sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico and the Laguna Madre Bay are a special treat! There's always something to do here, no matter what time of the year. We hope you'll come choose to stay in our relaxing "Little piece of South Padre Island", down in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas!
IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be taken care of the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a person’s life, please call 911.
Please know that this resort will charge for wristbands for anyone between ages of 10 and 32 during the month of March/April to control access to the property during Spring Break and Holy Week. They cost $25 each and will be charged at the entrance by security.

The owners of Saida IV #302 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.
1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.
2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 8 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.
3. Pets ~ Dogs are welcome for $100/per dog non-refundable cleaning fee. Access to property will not be permitted until payment is collected. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.
4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.
5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed or either in the dumpster located on the ground floor or parking lot of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.
6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.
7. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included.
8. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.
9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.
10. The guard at the entrance of the resort will charge $25/pp plus tax, ages 10-32, for the use of wristbands during the month of March "Spring Break" and Holy Week.
Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.
Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.
Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.
Subletting not allowed.
Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.
Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.
The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.
Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.
Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.
Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.
For special requests outside our scope of work, please message us to get our Concierge's contact.
Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.
Cancellations for nightly reservations will receive a 96% refund if they are made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that a service fee of $25 will also be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the timing. There will be no refund if the cancellation comes is made. This policy does not extend to bookings that are eligible for monthly discounts.
The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 8 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.

Very nice stay
The condo was clean, well furnished, and had a nice view. Everything was quite and we enjoyed our stay. The beds were clean and comfortable. Appliances all worked. Showers were good. Lots of beach toys for our kids as well as games/puzzles. Communication was swift and helpful. Walk to beach is easy and doable with small children. Pools were also well kept.

Perfect Home Away from Home
This rental was one of the best we have stayed at. Unit was extremely clean and had all necessities in the kitchen. We appreciated the extra pool towels and the ample space the unit provided. We spent family time around the family size table and enjoyed watching movies in the evening on the big comfy couch. The pool was huge and never felt crowded, pool bar a plus! Of course, we can't forget the view, which was also amazing! The beds were comfortable and was more than enough space for our family. Great memories were made, and we hope to visit again!

A Great Condo
We stayed at Saida for spring break and would highly recommend the condo. It is spacious, clean and has a great location - especially to avoid the traditional spring break crowd. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens I have ever seen in a short term rental. And the management company was very responsive. We travelled with my 80 year old mother who has mobility issues and she was able to get around the condo and the complex with no issues. We will stay there again.

Great place, and easy access to everything!!
Extremely nice, well taken care of place! Easy access to the main Blvd as well as a path to the beach. Three pools to choose from, although they get busy, its never too crowded. One tip for first time goers… these hosts provide almost everything you need for a beach day (chairs, wagon, umbrella, toys for the kids), I had already rented extras but I really didn’t need it for my family of six. Truly a great experience because of such a great accommodation. Thank you!!

Family Spring Break
We had a great stay at Saida Tower IV. The location of the condo is in close proximity to both the pool and boardwalk to the beach. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking and feeling at home. The resort itself is well kept and suited for families. It got busy, presumably because it was Holy Week, and there was an influx of patrons enjoying the long weekend. In this case, it would be nice if they turned on the heat in additional pools so the one heated pool wasn’t so crowded.

Fantastic stay
Another year in this condo and it didn’t disappoint. Beautifully decorated, a well stocked kitchen and plenty of beach toys, including chairs, sand toys, boogie boards and floats! Everything was clean and well maintained. Plenty of space for my grown children and their children. We had a total of 7 adults a 3yr old and 2 toddlers and the large dinning room table and counter provided plenty of room for us to gather around. Beds were comfy too. Great access to the beach being so close made easy to go back to the room to grab something! Rod and Rosa super responsive and great hosts. This is the place to stay! My family loved it!

Best time ever!
We started with 2 very small issues that were quickly addressed by the wonderful hosts, as always. We returned to this property because everyone had such a wonderful time the last time we stayed and it never disappoints! You are so close to the beach you can listen to the waves at night— and all the pools are even closer. We ate in a few times since everything you can ever need to prepare a dish is in the kitchen.It's beautiful, immaculate and just feels super cozy.
The condo is close to EVERYTHING.
My parents and children just adore the place. We plan to return every year! Thank you for a wonderful stay Rod & Rosa!

Second Stay Here
We returned to this property because we loved it so much the first time. Great location and great space. Few things need a little attention that I wouldn’t typically pick on but would want them looked at before my check in if the people before me noticed it.
- master toilet needs to be sealed down to not wobble
- all lamps need to be checked for bulbs. One was missing
- the message board for guest from the host needs to be confirmed for accuracy bc it had wrong information for us. Showed fireworks show on Tuesdays and Friday nights. We found that those only take place during the summer months.
- the shared bathroom up front had very low water pressure in the sink. Tooth brushes had to be rinsed in the kitchen sink. And the shower water smelled so bad of sulphur. Would smell up the entire condo.
Outside of those things, the accommodations were great. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of Tupperware, measuring supplies, plates, cups and silverware. And spices! Great supply of beach toys, chairs and even a wagon.
We would definitely come back for a third stay.

This is our third year in this condo. The condo is very nice. The rental service if you have a problem are quick to solve the problem. The furnishing are good but the front room couch and chair are showing their wear. Bed is very comfortable
