Ideal for groups, this rental offers a seamless flow from the kitchen area to the living room, complete with a smart TV for memorable game nights or movie marathons. Two bedrooms feature ample closet space and BRAND NEW comfortable queen-sized beds, while the third bedroom is a haven for the kids or the young at heart, boasting playful bunk beds. The well-equipped kitchen will delight the chefs in your group, allowing you to savor meals together at the dining table. Step outside to grill mouthwatering steaks or burgers, indulge in a game of bean bag toss, and gather around the cozy gas fire pit on the patio—a perfect end to your day of fun and relaxation.

Clean house, good location. Very dated decor. The air conditioning did not work. We informed host on the second day. On day three the house was 80 degrees. Very, very few fans. Really should not have been advertised as having air conditioning. They sent a man to fix it and it went out the next day. Dirt back yard. The hot tub was very nice. It was inexpensive for a reason. No frills here.

Nice Getaway

Cute and cozy three bedroom house. I did read ahead and knew it had no central AC. It was extremely hot for Colorado the week we were out there. The two portable AC units are non-moveable from their spots. Getting cool air to the other two bedrooms was challenging. Thankful for cooler evenings and could open windows. Box fans would have been better than two small round ones. There was slight issue with the hot tub, the whole reason we rented it, the response from the team was spot on and it was fixed within minutes. The communication back from the team extremely fast.

I really enjoyed this home. It was perfect for me to bring my grandkids. I had an infant a toddler and two kids ages five and seven and the bunkbeds were perfect. Having everything on one floor also made it great because there was no stairs and I didn’t have to worry about baby gates. There are amazing parks all over nearby. We played board games then we spent the day at America the beautiful and another day at the Cheyenne Mountain zoo and this was the perfect location. Also, I know that the AC was only in 2 rooms but I thought that it was actually quite cold. We turned it on the day we got there and it was more than enough to keep the whole house cold, even too cold and it was in the high 90s the first day. The hot tub was awesome! It had a little water fall and great jets. Loved this stay!!!! The hosts were highly responsive.

Some TLC needed.

When arriving recycling/garbage bin had tipped over and garbage was everywhere in driveway. The house was fine, except the fan blades on ceiling fans were loaded with dust, other things needed cleaned- primarily dusting. It was a quite neighborhood and neighbors seemed friendly.
