Welcome to your Jersey Shore Paradise! This large 5 bedroom / 2 full bathroom house is conveniently located one house back from the beach/boardwalk. The property is fully fenced in with a private outdoor shower. Rental includes 3 offsite PRIVATE PARKING SPACES 1 block from the house, a huge plus considering how difficult finding parking can be in the area. Enjoy a day at the beach just steps from the house or grab some food and drinks at Jenkinson's Pavilion or Tiki Bar, only a 5 minute walk away. Take a short morning stroll along the boardwalk to the inlet where you can grab some coffee and watch the boats go by. Relax on the deck with large electric awning and 6 person hot tub or take in the ocean views from the top deck balcony! Grill up all your favorite summer foods on the new Napoleon Prestige Grill This rental has everything for anyone! 6 beach passes included with this rental!

Great house!

Great beach home in an outstanding location. Quiet but able to walk everywhere. Hosts responsive although really didn’t need much because home was in good condition and had everything.

At the shore with the family

The house was ideal for our needs. There were as many as 11 of us staying at one time, and the place accommodated us well. The kitchen was well outfitted, which we appreciated since we cooked most of our meals. We enjoyed the hot tub. Our only suggestion would be the addition of an outdoor shower - particularly for families with young children

Incredible Family Beach Getaway

We had the most amazing weeklong vacation with family. Ray and Sean are ideal hosts - communicative, easy, respectful, detailed-oriented. The house is just perfect. The views from the master bedroom and upstairs deck are incredible. The deck, grill, outdoor table, and hot tub were all added bonuses. The house was clean upon arrival, and better stocked than any other house we’ve rented. Everything was comfortable. Having linens and towels there made our lives so much easier. Proximity to the boardwalk, beach, and Jenkinson’s is unbeatable.

Perfect home on the shore

Ray and Sean’s house was perfect for our family’s trip to the shore. Location one house from the beach/boardwalk cannot be beat, and the ocean views from the deck/primary bedroom were a big plus. Communication with Ray prior to our arrival and during our stay was always quick, easy and helpful. The house itself was just as pictured, and also extremely clean with a well stocked kitchen for cooking, plenty of household linens and bonus beach toys. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay!

I can’t think of one negative thing to say about this property. The house was clean, in a perfect location and fully stocked with anything we could need. Having parking spaces, beach badges and tons of beach supplies were also a huge bonus. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. Would 100% stay at this house again!

Great Spot!

This was a really great place to hang out with the whole family. The walk to the beach is practically nonexistent, all of the chairs and umbrellas we needed were there ready for us, the kids absolutely loved the hot tub, and the outside eating area with the retractable shade was the perfect spot for us all to relax. When the kids are happy the parents are happy!! The boardwalk definitely provided that entertainment as well. Overall great family spot and the owners were very responsive. Really enjoyed our week here.
