Our group of 4 had the most lovely stay here, the place was beautiful and spacious. Walking distance to C. Loiza and the beach was perfect.

Great place for family/friends beach trip

This is a sweet, pretty place with lots of thoughtful touches like beach gear and a welcome basket of local coffee and snacks. Nice furniture, beautiful floors and great light. It’s a short walk to a really nice beach and hip restaurant strip, and a quick drive to Old San Juan to the west and to great, cheap local seafood spots to the east. The street the place is on is close to major roads but still quiet and felt safe.

I have had only great experiences with VRBO where owners try to make sure everything works and people are happy so I was disappointed by this owner. I asked about the broken coffee maker and the response was "I don't know." Then she suggested I use the small french press instead or "you can walk to buy coffee nearby." While I'm sharing feedback, the location on map is incorrect and the wifi didn't work. I was offered three different wifi's over two days but none worked. The space is nice and clean and we had some great products like coffee and bread when we arrived. The owner could have made this a much more positive experience.

Modern, clean home in central location

Very nice, clean and modern home that is centrally located near San Juan attractions. Host was very gracious and provided a list of nearby restaurants, bars, and places to shop within easy walking distance. Other areas are within a quick Uber ride. Would stay here again.

Great house close to our favorite beach

Family of four adults, stayed here six nights and used all the bedrooms and the beds were great for us. [It would be nice to have more hooks & racks to hang towels and clothes throughout though.] We were able to find street parking each time we came home from our daily adventures. The “welcome basket” of local treats from our host was a nice surprise when we arrived! We walked to the beach with all our gear on multiple days, including chairs from the laundry room, and that beach was our favorite for swimming in all of PR that we visited over 10 days. Communication with host was great and she was responsive to our questions. Would stay again!

Fantastic home with all of the amenities. Very close to the beach and not far from Old San Juan. The host was quick to respond to all of my inquiries. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy. Still, I highly recommend.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed this property. It had everything we needed including beach chairs and beach towels and the welcome gift (taro chips, coffee, organic gummies, and one more item that I can’t remember) was a nice touch. I would describe the neighborhood as up and coming and my high schoolers felt safe walking to Calle Loiza by themselves. The street is quiet so you would sleep well. There is also an upstairs rentals so we were thinking to rent that for our in-laws in the future. There is a beach you can walk to and we also took Uber to explore other beaches. The place was clean and comfortable and we would stay there again.

I am married to my husband Oscar for 21 beautiful years. We are a couple passionate about good food, travel and adventures on and off the Island. I am a native of Puerto Rico. We have two amazing sons, Cristian 20 and Ian 17, who are very good kids and I love them with all my heart.

In our free time as a family we go to the beach, we go to the mountains in Utuado or we simply enjoy living in this beautiful place. I love to read and find things to teach me how grow as a person.

San Juan, Puerto Rico Safe, secure & incredibly fun! The New Condado is one of the premier neighborhoods in San Juan. It's a laid-back community within walking distance of one of the most popular beaches in all of Puerto Rico. Is also walking distance to numerous popular restaurants, bakeries, bars, surf shops & pharmacies / grocery stores. Our apartment is located in the best beach in San Juan: Condado Beach or Ocean Park Beach. You won’t need a car to go there. Our house is just 10 walking minutes to Condado where a more lively atmosphere is available. Our location is perfect for your day trips. Just 15 min by car to Old San Juan. Just one hour south is Ponce. Just two hours west to Isabella, Aguadilla, and just minutes further to Rincon and Mayaguez. Why not go full circle to Cabo Rojo, Boqueron, La Parguera, Guanica to Ponce. I can't even remember all in between. For that please take your map and enjoy. The east coast is a more 45 min away. There is really so much more. Getting around Steps from McLeary Avenue and one block from Loiza Street with public transportation, taxis, and rides easily available. You can walk or bike too. The Historical Old San Juan is a 10 minute uber ride and so is the airport. Staying in in our neighborhood, you will enjoy more of a local flair than the typical tourist experience. All you need is to bring your bags and Enjoy!
