Our stay at Diamond Beach was relaxing, comfortable and fun. The condo was well equipped and my call to report that a coffeemaker wasn't working resulted in it being quickly replaced with a new one. Beyond the amazing views and comfortable beds, the pool and lazy river were highlights.

Great pool and lazy river, close to sandy beach, great space, everything in great condition. Would definitely stay again. Toaster is broken just so you are aware it needs to be replaced. Staff was very nice and property felt safe and secure.

Fishing trip

Father, 2 sons and a grandson ages 26-91 stayed here for a 4 day fishing trip. Very comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the balcony that overlooked the gulf. We would definitely stay at this location again!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The complex itself is very nice. The landscaping and pools are beautiful. Our complaint was with a couple of issues with our condo. I messaged the rental service and they never replied to me. We just took care of the problem ourselves.The reason we picked this unit was the pictures of the balcony and the view. The balcony was nothing like pictures. It was extremely dirty, the furniture was rusted and not in good condition. The track of the sliding door had so much dirt and grit that it took all our energy to open and close, If and when the owner upgrades the balcony and responds to a message, this could easily be a 5-star review.Thanks,Joan
